- Widowed Judge Kedarnath Sinha lives a comfortable life with two sons, CBI Inspector Vijay and college student Sonu. Sonu doesn't come to know about this until well after his 25th birthday, when Kedarnath tells him that he is Sharda's and Billa's son. Shocked and devastated, Sonu accepts this reality and leaves the Sinha household. Shortly thereafter, he is wanted by the Police for helping dreaded killer Kaalia escape from prison. What Kedarnath and Vijay do not know is that Sonu helped Kaalia in order to reach Billa, but instead meets with Dagha, becomes his hit-man, and accepts a contract to kill Dagha's former associate Shakaal and retrieve a videotape titled "Marte Dam Tak". What is recorded in that video-tape is not that film, but something that will change Sonu's life forever and make him an enemy of the law, with Vijay hot on his trail.
