But after secretly kissing the Blarney Stone, Garrett leads the EGBs to rescue Mayor McShane at the height of the St. Patrick's Day Parade.
- When New York suffers an epidemic of pesky ghosts that even the EGBs can't seem to defeat, the Mayor calls on a Pied Piper who claims he can rid the city of its demons. When the Piper's demands grow too outrageous, the Mayor refuses to comply. The piper then reveals himself to be a ghost and lures the city's children into danger, forcing the EGBs to stop him and rescue the kids.
