- Movie adaptation of the third route of Fate/Stay Night.
- September 1998: A recent spate of unusual suicide incidents where several high school girls fell to their death, but left no suicide note and had apparently no reason to commit suicide. - July 1998: Mikiya finds a confused Fujino Asagami crouched in an alley and noticing she is suffering from pain in her abdomen. Mikiya accompanies her to his apartment where she falls asleep. In the next morning, Mikiya notices Fujino is gone and at the same time, the news report a murder scene in an abandoned underground bar where the victims' corpses were found with their limbs torn off. Shiki appears to confront her. A gift which in turn is a curse. Can they save the confused woman of her strange curse?
- June 1998: Shiki has had a near death experience. Awakening from a coma, she has lost something very important to her, leaving a great void in her soul. A void that some beings from the afterlife want to take advantage of at any cost. But in contrast, she has also received a new gift: she just needs someone to guide her with her new power. The singers-Keiko, Wakana, and Hikaru-visit their home towns and talk about their childhood and early experiences with singing and performing. They also talk about how their different singing styles work together to make a unique sound. They rehearse, select costumes, and plan the order of the setlist. They play several acoustic concerts following up to their big January anniversary concert. The concert is a success, and key parts of songs that they had planned and rehearsed obsessively turn out just the way they had intended and make a big impact.

All the 7 masters then call upon their servants to fight for them to bring the Holy grail home.
- Kiritsugu and company are wrapping up after the assault on their castle, and the Einzbern Master decides to ignore Saber's desire to pursue Caster, instead leaving to finish off Kayneth. But Kayneth awakens to find himself bandaged and strapped to a bed.

- The rules are altered by the caretaker due to an emergency situation created due to Caster's unethical abuses. The battle between Caster vs other Servants keeps taking interesting turns.
- Waver has a hard time commanding his Servant Rider Iskander, as Rider is more interested in how the world has changed since his time and intends to conquer it once he wins the war. Saber has formed a poor opinion of Kiritsugu, considering him cold-hearted, but is surprised to see him have a tender moment with his daughter Illya. Saber also admits she admires Kiritsugu and Iri's wishes to save the world, as she also wishes to save Britain.
- Rider and Caster reconnect with their Masters when they delve deeper into their views. Caster wants to show his Master something he never saw which brought the attention of other Servants.

- The battle between Caster vs other Servants keeps taking turns but Caster is determined to finish what he started. The caretaker is clueless about handling this issue.
- Rider is shifting Caster into his Reality Marble to buy some time. He asks the other Heroes to come up with a plan to finish Caster off. A phone call from Kiri gives them a fighting chance, but it comes down to Lancer making a difficult choice.
- Kayneth visits Risei and asks for his reward for Lancer's role in defeating Caster. Risei agrees to reward Kayneth with a Command Seal, but after receiving it, Kayneth immediately shoots and kills him to ensure that no other Masters can get one.
- With rules being broke and new players entering the tournament, the remaining Heroes and Masters are entering a new phase of the tournament. What Tokiomi does next will affect everyone.
