- Breyer P-Orridge, also known as Genesis P-Orridge and (recently deceased) life partner Lady Jaye, have garnered attention in recent years by undergoing medical procedures to eliminate their physical differences. "One of the central themes of our work is the malleability of physical and behavioral identity," they explain, giving rise to their merged identity. The two intend to create a new gender, the pandrogyne, a unified entity called Breyer P-Orridge. "We wanted a word without any history or any connections with things - a word with its own story and its own information".

He has developed a version or skateboarding and hip-hop that incorporates his crutches literally.

Their performances involve over forty costume designers, dancers, performers, and make-up artists in a stage shows that combine Bollywood theatrics with OTT visuals.
