- A boy raised by wolves is reunited as an adult with his real family.
- Winnie the Pooh's first live-action television series. The popular "Pooh Corner" consisted of a mix of full-body costumes and radio controlled 'puppetronics' that kept the mouths and eyes moving. For a cable series, the show was very popular during its 1983-1986 run on the Disney Channel.
- Illiop Teddy Ruxpin (Illiops being bear-like creatures) leaves his homeland in Rillonia with his friend Grubby, an octopede, in search of adventure. They meet up with an inventor named Newton Gimmick who accompanies them on their quest for the Treasure of Grundo. What the Trio unexpectedly find are six crystals with different meanings and powers. These crystals, however, also can enable the Monsters and Villains Organization (MAVO) to have absolute power over the land, and the leader, Quellor, wants to make sure that an Illiop never possesses the crystals. Elsewhere, a less pronounced threat also routinely besieges the Trio, which is the wannabe villain Jack W. Tweeg, a greedy Troll-half Grunge who has huge hopes for joining MAVO. The sixty five episode series, based upon the tape-and-book toy bear Teddy Ruxpin, unfolds gradually, as the Trio meet up with more and more interesting and often friendly creatures and visit intriguing lands.

Meanwhile when Teddy and his friends arrive at King Nogburt's Castle they learn the King's land experience food shortage.
- While King Nogburt's condition gets worse, Prince Arin discovers an ancient book. Teddy opens it with one of the crystals and to his amazement it's a book about peanuts from Rillonia. Gimmick uses the duplicating machine to double buckets of peanuts which they plant around the castle. Tweeg and LB succeed into breaking the King's vault to find it empty.
- Gimmick uses the Second Crystal for his replicating machine called the "Multiplication Table". While he is adjusting and testing it, Grubby gets in the way and is accidentally cloned. But the process isn't stable, and it takes time for the clone to expire.
- Teddy, Grubby, Prince Arin and Princess Aruzia manage to cease a group of Gutangs who menace a farm. At the banquet later Teddy shares the story of him and Grubby's first meeting. Meanwhile King Nogburt is poisoned.
- The Court Jester is caught by Prince Arin and confesses he is a Gutang spy. The airship is wrecked after the battle with the Gutangs. Gimmick uses the duplicating machine in order to double the King's guard to defend the castle. Teddy, Grubby, Princess Aruzia and No Name are on a mission to find plant that will save the King's life. Old Mr. Beanly and Wooly finally arrive just to stop the new attack of the Gutangs.
- Teddy and Grubby meet Wooly who shows them his discovery - three abandoned Fob eggs. They take the eggs to Gimmick's house in order to keep them save until the parents return to claim them. In the mean time Gimmick discusses his theory with Fuzz about why the Fobs change their colors. Grubby is taking care of the eggs when he explains the secret of the Fobs changing colors.

- The Jungle Grunges need help when their oversized vegetables start to disappear. Gimmick tries to set a trap, but gets caught in it himself. The thieves are uncovered as the Anythings, who were excited about their new name and status, and didn't realize they were stealing from the Grunges. Some Anythings are disguised as vegetables and are almost cut up to be part of Grunge Gumbo, but are saved in the last few seconds. While this is happening, Quellor and M.A.V.O. have unveiled their own Airship, dubbed the "Eclipse", and set out to find Teddy, the gang, and the elusive Crystals.
- 1987–198821mTV-Y7.2 (8)TV EpisodeGimmick want to try out a new invention, so the three fly out to the Great Desert. To cause general mayhem, Tweeg, L.B., and Eleanor follow. All six end up becoming prisoners of the Mudblups. However, the king of the Mudblups falls head over heels for Eleanor, who does not return the affection. To get out, Tweeg puts on a dress and pretends to be Eleanor, saying "she" will marry the king if he'll let Tweeg and L.B. go, with a chest full of gems, of course. Tweeg and L.B. get away scot free, while Eleanor is dragged away for marriage. The Trio impersonate Mudblups for their own escape by covering themselves in mud.
- Grubby, Teddy, Gimmick, and Fuzz the fob find the crystals have a way to identify a characteristic of whoever is holding one. Gimmick is described as "inventive", which sends him on an inventing spree. At the same time, Tweeg, Eleanor (Tweeg's mother), and L.B. head back to Tweeg's Tower, and then Eleanor and L.B. send Tweeg to attempt to steal from the three in the valley. Teddy, Grubby, and Gimmick use a crystal to bamboozle Tweeg.
- While visiting the Mushroom Forest, the Trio meet a group of very shy shape-shifters, who call themselves the "Nothings." Teddy persuades them to call themselves "Anythings" as they can become anything they want. While they're gone, Quellor sends the Gutang to ransack the house. They find the plans to Gimmick's Airship and sell them to Quellor.
- The Wooly-What's-It drops in on the Trio, and they show him Gimmick's "All About Fobs" book and the Crystal book belonging to Teddy. Unfortunately, Tweeg, who's about to be initiated into M.A.V.O., just happens to be eavesdropping. When the four head up to the loft, Tweeg sneaks in and swipes the book left on the coffee table. When the Trio and Wooly discover the theft, they (correctly) guess Tweeg must have stolen it. Teddy is revved up to get it back from M.A.V.O., but strangely, Gimmick isn't as excited. Tweeg is congratulated by Quellor, head of M.A.V.O., for bringing him the book. During all this, the four sneak in, posing as caterers. They swipe back the book and run off. Tweeg and L.B. are throw in the dungeon. Once they get back to the house, Teddy wonders why Gimmick didn't care that M.A.V.O. had the Crystal book, but Gimmick explains that Tweeg had actually stolen his fob book instead, and not Teddy's book.
- 1987–198821mTV-Y7.2 (8)TV EpisodeTweeg challenges the Trio to a Grungeball game and gets Gimmick to bet their house. Tweeg's team is a bunch of ringers--sunglass-wearing Mudblups--to play against the Trio and the Surf Grunges. However, Tweeg and L.B. give the Grunges hot dogs made from poisonous weeds and make them all sick. It's up to Gimmick, Grubby, and Teddy to save the day for the Grunge All-Stars...which of course they do. Grudgingly, Tweeg hands over Gimmick's prize, which was promised to be the chest of gems, but is really just filled with coal.
- Teddy, Grubby, Gimmick are in the company of the Jungle Grunges to return the Anythings back to the Mushroom Forest. Suddenly they are under attack by M.A.V.O's airship, The Eclipse. In all the commotion Teddy succeeds in hiding the crystals on The Eclipse but is forced to walk the plank. Grubby, Gimmick and the Anythings remain prisoners of M.A.V.O.
- During the final day of the competition, the teams resume the race, which takes them through the Jungle With No Name, over Trembly Fault, and on to the finish line. Prince Arin and Princess Aruzia are in the lead but make a stopover at the Jungle Grunges' village for minor repairs. There they are spotted by Quellor's henchmen who deduce that Tweeg must be hiding in the village since he is half Grundge. Arin and Aruzia decide they need a hit and go for the nearest supply of Grunge Gumbo with Vitamin Z, transforming them into the Iron Warrior and the Aluminum Amazon. While they are beating up Quellor's henchmen, Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick arrive. The trio ceases the beating and return Arin and Aruzia to normal. Meanwhile the henchmen escape and gather some green goop to pass off as Tweeg's remains. Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick win the Great Grundo Ground Race, and return to the Jungle Grunges' village along with Arin and Aruzia. With the help of the Fifth Crystal, they repair the damage to the settlement. The Wizard of Grundo arrives and presents them with the prize which is a carousel with cars fashioned after the vehicles used in the race. At M.A.V.O., a celebration is also in progress over the return of Quellor's henchmen with Tweeg's "remains".
- Team Tweeg sabotages the other team by sewing their sleeping bags before the synchronized swimming competition. When they finally break free, Tweeg's team already received their medals for the first event.
- Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick dress up in costumes for the annual Make Believe day. In their successful attempt to frighten Wooly, he dresses up as a giant flower and the friends join the Jungle Grunges to celebrate Make Believe. Meanwhile Tweeg sees the headline "Hunt For Tweeg Ends" in the Grundo Gazette and misinterprets it as Quellor no longer being angry with him. Tweeg goes to M.A.V.O. only to be thrown in the dungeon. Quellor is furious by the deceit of Drudge, Sludge and Trudge, and reminded of the need to capture Teddy. So he commands his henchmen to hunt down Ruxpin and bring him back, dead or alive. The Understander of Legends reminds Quellor that M.A.V.O. needs Teddy taken alive if they are ever to recover the Crystals. Quellor refuses to listen to reason and the Understander of Legends frees Tweeg. The two of them set off to find Teddy before Quellor's henchmen. The henchmen find Teddy first, but Grubby alerts everyone and they scatter. The henchmen get captured by a patrol of real Mudblups, and the Trio tricks Tweeg and the Understander into following the path the henchmen took, allowing the Trio to escape.
- Teddy is found by Leota and Wooly near Leekee Lake. Wooly disguises himself as a monster to join M.A.V.O. and try to rescue Grubby and Gimmick. In the mean time Arin, Aruzia and the Anythings arrive with Gimmick's airship in M.A.V.O. Their mission is to save Grubby and Gimmick. The Anythings take on Grubby and Gimmick's appearance to fool Quellor. Tweeg and LB are in M.A.V.O.'s hanger preparing The Eclipse for battle. Teddy manages to infiltrate M.A.V.O. and ends up in the hanger searching for the hidden Crystals. He also finds his friends Grubby and Gimmick.
- Tweeg's father came to visit him. Tweeg and L.B. are M.A.V.O.'s Most Wanted. Tweeg's father to spend more time with his son. Meanwhile after L.B. explained to Teddy the power of the Seventh Crystal, Gimmick builds a Black box.
- Finally Teddy and the hermit arrive at Gimmick's only to find out M.A.V.O.'s guards. They stumble on Fuzz and through him Teddy sends a message to Grubby and Gimmick. Sadly when Grubby and Gimmick make their escape, they are seen by a guard who follows them. Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick are reunited at Wooly's. There the hermit tells what he remembers of his story. Gimmick concludes that the hermit became a victim of the Black Box. When the hermit goes outside to gather firewood, he's been mistaken for Teddy by M.A.V.O.'s goons and is captured. Teddy and his friends realize what had occurred and take the airship in pursuit of the Eclipse and the kidnapped hermit. When the Understander and Eleanor find they have the wrong illiop, they devise a trap for Teddy. Ruxpin arrives at M.A.V.O. and with the help of the Third Crystal becomes invisible. The rescue mission is a failure when Teddy discovers Sludge dressed as the hermit inside one of the cages in the dungeon. Teddy is captured.
- 1987–198821mTV-YTV EpisodeTeddy, Grubby and Gimmick are invited to a Logic Fair hosted by King Nogburt. Gimmick gets horribly depressed because none of his inventions ever work. Meanwhile Grubby has been conned by Tweeg in disguise over Grubby's recipe for Root Beer. On their way to the Logic Fair, Frank and Faye Fob survive an earthquake which separates them from their babies. Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick hear the Fobs' cries for help and land near Trembly Fault to help. The three friends successfully rescue the Fobs after Gimmick uses an accordion to create a makeshift bridge to rescue Frank and Faye. At the fair, Grubby recognizes Tweeg and that he has been conned. Unfortunately Tweeg is goaded into shaking up his barrel of the beverage until it explodes, and the truth is revealed.
- Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick get an invitation for King Nogburt's Harvest Feast. Gimmick notices that Grundo has received above average rainfall this year. Yet King Nogburt's kingdom is suffering a drought. Gimmick and the King go for a dive with the Subwater Boat and get lost in a series of tunnels leading away from the castle moat. On the surface, Teddy puts his scuba gear to go after the Subwater Boat because Gimmick and the King are gone for far too long. Gimmick and the King discover a chamber with ancient controls for operating an aqueduct system, which has a Crystal slot in it. The Gutangs appear, and work to tighten down a series of valves to cut down the water supply still further, in order to weaken the kingdom in preparation for an invasion. Gimmick and the King are captured, but are frightened away when Teddy appears in his scuba gear. Gimmick uses the Fourth Crystal to activate the aqueduct mechanism and restore the water supply to normal, and the three of them return to the castle.
- Teddy and Grubby show the Crystal Book to Ilana, who thinks she's seen the strange lettering somewhere before. After removing stacks of dishes from a china cabinet, Ilana produces a tray with a window made of crystal and lettering like that of the book. Teddy places the tray over the book, and the letters become readable. Grubby spills some orange juice on the Sixth Crystal as Teddy reads from the book, and the Crystal begins to float out the window. Tweeg grabs the Crystal, and to his surprise, it pulls him up into the air. Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick overhear Tweeg's cries for help and follow him with the airship. Meanwhile LB and Buffy exchange rings on the beach near Bounder Pass when suddenly Tweeg drops right out of the sky at the wedding.
- After Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick sabotaged The Eclipse and it ended up wrecked in the Leekee Lake, the three friends try to retrieve the Crystals. However the airship's wreck has sunk too deep into the lake. Teddy, Grubby and Gimmick spend the night in the company of the Surf Grunges, who tell the story of the mysterious hermit of Leekee Lake. Teddy becomes more and more convinced the hermit saved him before. While Quellor begins the search for his wrecked airship, Teddy discovers a scuba gear, which is left mysteriously by the lake and is a perfect fit. Teddy successfully recovers the 6 Crystals from the wreck of the Eclipse, and also finds Quellor's Black Box, which has a Seventh Crystal, which is different than the other six, and is cracked.
- Teddy finally reaches the airship only to find Gimmick very pompous, Grubby stuffing himself and making mean-spirited remarks. The same goes for Wooly. No one seems to care what has happened to Teddy. LB decides to throw a costume ball in celebration of evil spreading all over Grundo. Eleanor leaves her pet Sparky to watch over the hermit who is changed to the wall of the kitchen in M.A.V.O. But Sparky follows Eleanor and leaves the hermit. The hermit succeeds in knocking over a pot of potent goulash, which eats through the chain holding him to the wall. The hermit manages to escape M.A.V.O. Meanwhile Teddy struggles with know it all Gimmick over the plan of retrieving the crystals. Wooly, Leota and the Woodsprites refuse to help and fed up with everything Teddy makes center stage when he crashes the ball pretending to be in costume. He is immediately attacked but successfully one of the Crystals gets loose and falls right into Teddy's hands. The sun shines again over Grundo, as well as over M.A.V.O. and things are back to normal. Quellor manages to get his hands on the Black Box and restores his power in M.A.V.O. Gimmick, Grubby and Wooly begin making noise to fool the party goers into thinking the storm is still raging, while Leota and the Woodsprites sneak inside the building to get the other Crystals.
