- The quadruplets are united again when one of them needs a liver transplant, but resentment about their separation threatens their reunion.

They know that they are being targeted for revenge and prepare accordingly. Ebet lurks throughout the story, an enigma that is part innocent child and cynical adult. His loyalties are a mystery, and all that is clear to us is his love for his drug-addicted mother. As the clock ticks towards midnight, guns are loaded, and knives are sharpened. The battle is about to begin! And this is just part of the story.
