- The music video was directed by Nabil Elderkin, and was released through hip hop website WorldStarHipHop on February 12, 2014. The monochrome video takes places in a vacant section of land near a mountain range. Minaj is seen suggestively posing throughout the clip and holding an assault rifle on several occasions. Close-up footage of men staring at her is interspersed throughout the clip; Minaj shoots at them at the end of the video.

- In the video Willy Monfret, a French Caribbean model and DJ, plays opposite of Minaj as her love interest. The opening frame of "Right thru Me" begins with Minaj and Monfret fighting at home after returning from an event. The two argue about whether he's "disrespecting her" by talking behind her back, and he threatens to leave after she breaks a glass in frustration. Then Minaj runs to Monfret before he can leave and apologizes for overreacting and asks him to stay. Another fight takes place when Minaj tries to prevent Monfret from driving away by refusing to leave the driver's seat of his car. In between the scenes, frames of Nicki behind a full-length window covered with steam are inserted as she sings the chorus. As the video continues, scenes of Minaj and Monfret are shown in an infinity pool twirling around as Monfret carries Minaj in his arms, embracing each other.
- The music video debuted on BET's 106 and Park on March 3, 2010, along with the video for "Put Your Hands Up". It pictures DJ Khaled with his BET Awards and is filmed mostly against a green screen, also featuring a scene of his appearance at the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards show accepting an award for his song "I'm So Hood (Remix)". A video for the official remix was shot in Florida. The video was directed by Dayo and Gil Green. The video features cameos from Nicki Minaj, Fabolous, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, Puff Daddy, Ace Hood, Cam'Ron and Busta Rhymes.
- A music video was shot in Flatbush at Pulse 48 directed by Director X. Minaj came to the video shoot unaware it would have such a large setup saying "I didn't know this was a real video". A behind the scenes video was released June 19, 2013 showing Minaj sporting a yellow and polka dot top and appearances from DJ Khaled and Pharrell. Director X commented on the video stating: "The video will have a lot of big booty Judy's's". The video was directed by Director X and premiered on July 24, 2013 on MTV2 Jams as the Jam of the Week. A behind the scenes video was released on June 19, 2013 by Minaj's friend and video producer Grizz Lee. In the footage, Minaj is seen recording her verse in the studio and shooting the video the next day, porting a studded captain's hat and twerks for the camera before shooting scenes with Busta and DJ Khaled, who gets the crew laughing with his attempt at a Jamaican accent. Pharrell also stops by the set and shares a funny moment with Nicki in the parking lot.

Two unicorns appear running across water, a reference to the movie Legend, before Minaj appears in a costume with a male companion behind her, and special effects are displayed throughout the video. Minaj and the boy, dressed in a nobleman's attire continue to be flirtatious towards one another throughout the video, and he tries to woo Minaj, but she continues to play hard to get. The unicorns appear once more before Minaj is shown in another bizarre costume accompanied by a blonde wig.

- The video takes part in a type of Minaj-assisted fairy tale from a book. The video begins with Minaj sitting by a boudoir as Martha Zolanski appears as Minaj's fairy godmother. After discussing how Roman and Slim Shady have been sent to boarding school, Martha informs Nicki that this kind of fairy tale is different from ones she's seen. The song begins as Martha gifts Minaj with a special pair of heels. During Minaj's verse she is seen walking into a ballroom as she is spotted by Drake. When the two meet in a hall, Drake performs his verse with Minaj by a fireplace. During the climax of the song, Drake and Minaj walk down the aisle, where they share a wedding kiss by fireworks as the clock strikes midnight.

- The video features Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj living out a high school fantasy were Minaj plays Wayne's Barbie love interest. During the chorus Minaj sings into the camera wearing a wig that is split in half of blonde hair and green hair with pink hair underneath in the back. Lil Wayne makes a wardrobe change during his second verse and during Minaj's verse they are both in a boxing arena with a large crowd performing. The video ends with both artists in the boxing ring with Wayne shouting the final lyrics. Birdman makes a cameo in the video around the end.
- The video was shot in black-and-white at Dungeness, Kent, United Kingdom. It begins with a stairway set in a foggy setting leading up to the sky. Then angles of different scenery are shown such as a deserted area with a boat next to railroad resembling Noah's Ark, railroad path-away, and a True Cross with a key hung over it. Minaj is shown fading into clouds, before she raps her first verse wearing a black flowing dress and a crown of thorns. Minaj has various wardrobe changes in the video.
- On October 15, 2011, it was revealed the music video had been filmed in Miami and was directed by Gil Green. The video premiered on November 27. The video shows Minaj dressed as Lil Wayne and dubs herself 'the Female Weezy', as she tells us at the beginning of the song, and at the end of her single "Stupid Hoe", from her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. During Birdman's verse, he is seen sitting at a table, with YMCMB decorating the walls behind him. The video features cameos from Mack Maine and Cortez Bryant.
