- The Caribbean has always been a dream destination for holidaymakers dreaming of that perfect getaway, and Antigua has long been a favourite for the British. Of course, it spent several centuries under British rule, and the connections endure in names such as Nelson's Dockyard and English Harbour. Today though, it's the 365 beaches, year round sunshine, and colourful cocktails that bring the visitors. Alex Outhwaite lives the dream, snorkelling in the warm turquoise waters, swimming with stingrays, and gently kayaking amid the mangroves. From relaxing floating bars, to the bustling markets of the capital, St Johns, Alex discovers the many delights that await the tourists, whether they come by plane, or on one of the many gleaming yachts that bob up and down along every coastline. And there's no shortage of adrenalin either, as she heads off road on a buggy safari, flies across canyons at the Rainforest Canopy zip wires, and zooms along the coast on a jet ski. And of course, with any holiday island there are amazing people, such as the famous and eccentric hot-sauce maker, and equally amazing parties - both on land and at sea. This really is an Escape to Paradise.
- The Black Forest is arguably one of the best know regions of Germany, and conjures up thoughts of legends, fairy tales, dark woodlands and - well, gateaux. But how close is that to the truth? Liu Batchelor is on a trip to find out. Staring in the south, close to the idyllic Lake Titisee, Liu is on a mission to discover as many different tourist options as she can in this diverse region. Of course there are the well-known traditions, such as learning how to make the perfect Black Forest Gateaux, and taking a dip in the therapeutic spa waters, but also many more unusual treats. Along the way Liu drops in an outdoor pop concert, goes mountain biking on a championship forest course, and even has a wine tasting in a cellar where they used to hold witch trials. Her journey ends at the northern edge of the Black Forest, standing on the Royal Palace balcony in the city of Karlsruhe. Oh, and if you've ever wondered how they get the cuckoo noise into a cuckoo clock - she'll show you that too.

- TV SeriesEach summer, a group of fields in southeast England shudder under the tracks of tanks and armoured vehicles. Warplanes fly overhead, and machine guns and artillery shoot it out in dramatic battles. This is the War and Peace Show; the largest military vehicle spectacular on the planet. Four thousand privately owned military vehicles, eighteen thousand re-enactors and exhibitors, combine with forties style dance bands and fashion shows to entertain the one hundred thousand visitors. Staging such a huge and complex event needs an army in its own right - an eclectic mix of personalities that make up the organising team. They stem from wildly different backgrounds, and their larger-than-life personalities create strong friendly rivalries, a no-nonsense approach, and an even stronger team spirit. It's an exciting, adrenalin filled challenge, and for the first time television cameras have been given unprecedented access behind the scenes from beginning to end. The six-part series is with the organisers every step of the way, taking you into the battles, backstage with the bands and celebrities, and on board giant military trucks as they race each other. We'll see how pyrotechnics are laid, and huge 'Living History' recreations are constructed. And we'll be with the tireless team as they battle around the clock to deal with emergencies, dramas, and keep the show running. Welcome to the World of War and Peace!
