- During a freak storm filled night, a security guard, JANICE NIEVES (Maylen Caliénes) wakes up dazed and confused on the floor of warehouse #999 at the Westbrook Docks. Seeing her co-worker dead, it all rushes back to her. She's being stalked and repeatedly attacked by a demonic force that can't be seen but has taken hold of the empty building. She is a prisoner. Unable to escape, for "IT" has shutdown all the exits, Janice is forced to barricade herself in the break room in hopes of survival and maybe a way out. Once inside, she successfully makes a video call to her wife LANERE, (Valenzia Algarín) and pleads for help. Time is running out for Janice as this monstrous 'Thing' sets itself behind the door. Every second lost can mean death. Will the two women survive this deranged nightmare or are they the next victims to be slaughtered by The Thing Inside?
- Johnny Ray sings about diversity and acceptance while traveling through different worlds gaining knowledge and wisdom. He begins in a dark castle tower telling the viewer that he is not like the rest of us. That he is different and misunderstood and yet we are all alike. We all have goals and ambitions. The scene progresses into a plethora of love and joy, light and happiness. It all turns dark again when his character is thrust into the turmoil, hate and confusion of our current social climate. He breaks free from the chains of ignorance to spread love, wisdom and light to the populations of the world we live in. He succeeds with the hope that future generations will see the way towards a better tomorrow. The set pieces in this short include different worlds that stand out in vibrant colors that the main character, (Johnny) explores throughout. Everyone lives in their own little planet, in their own little bubble, (a la "Petit Prince) living in their own little reality. What Johnny does, as he visits these worlds is help people understand that we are all living in, "just one world", and that we have to do our best to get along and face reality so we can all work towards a better foreseeable future. To convince people of this reality is no easy task. The fighting and bickering between humans, in person and on social media, has come to the fore in epic proportions. Everyone is screaming at the top of their lungs but nobody wants to listen. Anger and chaos reigns. Towards the end of the film it all comes to light in an explosion of color and celebration, making the film a "feel good" adventure of hope and dreams come true.
