Frank has dreams too and is running to be the next U.S. Senator and will stop at nothing to get elected. After his campaign manager convinces him to dump Tiffany, she blackmails him and Frank takes out a contract on her which sets off Pipo robbing a bank; Pipo impersonating a Nepalese blonde mobster and Pipo's collaboration with the LAPD, who's been trying to nail Frank and his brother Salvatore for years. Armed with only his simple ways (and surprising tailoring skills), Pipo single-handily takes on Frank's international crime family to save his father, the village and the woman he loves.
