- 15 year old Lola Patterson and her 11 year old younger sister, Zoe Patterson always try really hard to be great tap dancers like their mother, Jenna Patterson, who is the owner and primary tap dance teacher of their all tap dance studio, the Sugar Hill Tap Academy. When Lola gets rejected by 17 year old Sienna Finster to be a new member of the Queen Teen Tappers, she and Zoe form up their own tap team to compete against them in the Georgia Tap Team Contest. But when teen goth girl Chloe Godfrey joins their team and ends up becoming their choreographer, will things turn out to be not so fun for Lola?
