- Cardiacs have been left in a shed in Wiltshire for days to rehearse for their upcoming Garage Concerts by their mysterious and questionably benevolent label, The Alphabet Business Concern. Tracks are interspersed with clips from an interview for each of the band members and the squabbles of four men growing impatient at being forced to play compositions from "when they were little babies", with their sanity seemingly a secondary concern to the rehearsal of the songs.
- In premise, three music videos by Cardiacs, but in practice caveats always appear. For example, the utterly bizarre "Consultant's Flower Garden" segment included simply to satiate Cardiacs' label, The Alphabet Business Concern, which has been placed before any video can even take place, or the several equally bizarre though less mandated interludes of the band in their natural habitat. That is not to say that the music videos are much more grounded.
