- DirectorBilly MalleryA unique look at total eclipses, capturing the experience within the scenery of a wide range of settings around the planet, from ancient ruins to city skylines. - DirectorJack KlinkStarsPeter CoyoteDiane RavitchLinda Darling-HammondRise Above the Mark is a documentary narrated by Peter Coyote that brings to light the heartbreaking realities of public education. It's the story of what happens when politics enters the classroom. Public schools are boxed in by current corporate reforms. Rules and regulations restrict vision, depreciate funding, demoralize teachers, and turn students into test-taking machines, robbing them of time to foster creativity. Rise Above the Mark focuses on Indiana's struggles with public school reforms-the same types of struggles experienced in schools throughout the United States. Experts Diane Ravtich, Linda Darling-Hammond, Pasi Sahlberg and others discuss how America can make positive changes to provide an exceptional public school system for all children.

- DirectorLola CreelStarsRip BrarPeter CoyoteArun Mathai'Journey of Hanuman' preserves moments still existing in India that have not been disturbed by globalization and are connected with the antique spiritual knowledge of India. I wanted to link such scenes with two great poets: Octavio Paz, the famous writer, noble prize recipient of Mexico, who served as Mexico's ambassador to India from 1962 to 1968, a time of rapid change and open creativity. The spiritual bond between the famous writer and the people of India, and his love poems written there, became a source of inspiration to the world. I also related this film with the poet Valmiky who wrote the Sanskrit epic 'The Ramayana'; love and adventure scenes are performed underwater. This story is on the heart of the Indian people and shows the highest love between Rama and Sita, and the fight against the corruption of demon Ravana. Hanuman is the great warrior god of this epic and film.

- DirectorWilliam Davenport'Too Sane For This World' explores the challenges, gifts and unique perspectives of 12 adults on the autism spectrum. The film features an introduction by Dr. Temple Grandin. Many adults on the autism spectrum discover their condition much later in life, some being diagnosed as late as the age of forty. Knowing that you are on the spectrum can bring a great relief and understanding of oneself, but also a label that brings it's own set of societal discrimination's. The questions for the interviews were devised by adults on the spectrum, and this film is a collaboration between nerotypical and A-typical filmmakers. "Flunked", narrated by Joe Mantegna, is a full-length documentary designed to be both informative and entertaining, without compromising the truth of the crisis we are facing in education today. Most people are well aware of the declining test scores and competitiveness of the average American student, as well as myriad other problems facing education today. However, complaining about the problem, while easy to do, produces little productive results.
