A boho Irish, Aztec lass, as a child, Cyanne was drawn to Shakespeare, initially teaching herself to read by plopping down with the Bard's Complete Works. Then at age 6, she fell into acting (literally) when she was cast as a faerie in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, West, while there, this character actress was oft compared to a young Agnes Moorehead. Cyanne quickly learned that she was able to improvise in verse, as needed - something she did in both their production of Macbeth and Love's Labours Lost. Her final show, Season's Greetings by Alan Ayckbourn, garnered her and the rest of the cast the 2nd standing ovation ever at the AADA West campus.
Ironically, Cyanne later became a student of Paul Parker at a similar acronym - AIDA - the Australia Institute of Dramatic Arts. A member of his Master Class, during this time she (1) was a founding member of sketch comedy troop, The Unmentionables, (2) did Stand Up Comedy and opened for Margaret Cho at the Hollywood Improv, and (3) toured to San Francisco and New York in AIDA's biggest Acting Showcase. She even met her husband!
But it was her breakout MVP Winning turn as Ophelia in Hamlet that led to her auspicious big screen debut as Dionysus' mischievous fae maenad, Daphne in Brad Mays and John Morrissey's The Bacchae. Ironically, the film's casting director nicknamed her Tinkerbell in her audition, which still sticks to this day.
Winning awards on both stage and screen, Cyanne has landed stand out roles in both mediums throughout her career. Also a writer, her award winning one woman show, I Died... I Came Back...Whatever! garnered a completely sold out run back in 2015. Tis now in the works to become a film.
Since then, McClairian and her husband, Matthew Martin, have continued to produce pieces for stage and screen via their company, Fearless Imp Entertainment. Their production of Surviving Macbeth created such a buzz that a number of local teachers incorporated it into their curriculum. Inspired by the #MeToo movement and the climate of "he said, she said," this powerful twist on the Scottish Play was 100% true to text and took a very real look at the effects of rape, through Shakespeare's lens. Starring as Lady M, Cyanne received an outpouring of local acclaim for her gut wrenching performance in the complex role. A huge advocate for survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault and abuse, this subject is very close to her heart.- Actress

Born and raised in Winnetka, Illinois to Princeton and Harvard grads, it was expected that Charlotte Ross would follow in her parent's footsteps and continue in the field of education. However, falling in love with acting (and singing) in the tender years of her childhood, Charlotte had other plans in mind and decided at an early age she would follow the "Hollywood" route instead.
From that moment on, Charlotte studied with anyone and everyone she possibly could to polish and sharpen her craft (especially adored, Roy London). She worked at Second City and the Goodman Theater in Chicago and earned a early living with numerous commercial and modeling gigs. Then a month after graduating from the famous New Trier High School, Charlotte made the move to Los Angeles where she quickly landed her first role in Hollywood as "Eve Donovan" on Days of Our Lives (1965), a role that later garnered her 2 Emmy Nominations. After a wonderful four years on the infamous Soap, she went on to pursue other roles. Charlotte then quickly jumped into starring in numerous TV movies including, A Kiss So Deadly (1996), Kidnapped in Paradise (1999), Fall Into Darkness (1996), and She Says She's Innocent (1991), to name a few. She also landed the lead in Aaron Spelling's The Heights (1992) (FOX), which earned a Gold record for her and the cast's singing. She went on to release 3 albums.
Since then, Charlotte has remained a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, starring in TV series such as CBS's comedy The 5 Mrs. Buchanans (1994) by Marc Cherry, FOX's Pauly (1997) (Mommie and Me) with Pauly Shore, NBC's/John Wells' ER (1994) and later his family drama, Trinity (1998). She also starred in Showtime's critically-acclaimed Beggars and Choosers (1999) as 'Lorri Valpone', a role the Los Angeles Times said made Charlotte an "Emmy Shoe-in".
Before "Beggars and Choosers" was officially canceled after two seasons, Charlotte was asked to consider replacing Kim Delaney on the Emmy Award-winning show, NYPD Blue (1993). Charlotte gratefully jumped at the opportunity and made her debut on the ever- successful cop drama, as the tough talking Irish Detective, "Connie McDowell". Again, the media's response to Charlotte echoed that of "Beggars and Choosers" with the LA Times saying "If NYPD Blue still had the popularity it once had, Charlotte would have a shelf of Emmy's"... not to mention her famous "Ass scene" that caused a succession of Court appeals about standards and practices ending in the Supreme Court with President Barack Obama weighing in.
At the end of her fifth season as 'Detective Connie McDowell' on "NYPD Blue", Charlotte was 8 months pregnant with her first child and eager to take a break from acting to just be a Mom. After so many years of being so grateful for work, she craved a break and today still says that time off was the best decision she ever made.
Two years after the birth of her beautiful little boy, Max, Charlotte went back to work starring in the "re-tooled" second season of ABC's Jake in Progress (2005) Jake in Progress , Lifetime's Nora Roberts film, Montana Sky (2007), Christmas in Paradise (2007), VH1's Hit the Floor (2013) and Law & Order (1990) as the memorable character "Anne Coltour", which once again generated Emmy buzz.
Guest starring as Deacon's ex girlfriend on ABC's Nashville (2012), Charlotte also recurs as Quinn's mom on the hit show, Glee (2009) Glee_, and on CW's hit show, Arrow (2012), as the beloved Felicity's mother, Donna (aka "Mama Smoak"). Charlotte continues to challenge and reinvent herself for a diverse array of roles. Whether it be showing off her athleticism as the first female umpire in professional baseball in the highly anticipated short film, The Umpire (2011), seducing Nicolas Cage as the white trash, tattoo covered sex cougar, 'Candy' in Summit's 3D film, _Drive Angry (2012)_, or starring in _Street Kings: Motor City (2013)_ opposite Ray Liotta, Charlotte continues to captivate audiences and impress critics with her unbelievable range as an actress.
A successful actress for over two decades, a proud single mom to her son Max, a passionate recognized animal rights activist (widely known for PETA "I'd rather go naked..." campaign ) who received the HSUS Animal Advocate of the Year Award for her lobbying work on Capitol Hill to release Chimpanzee's from testing labs, a vocal fitness fanatic (recently summited Kilimanjaro) who inspires women to be in the best shape of their lives and, filming her own fitness video, Charlotte is fortunate to be able to do what she loves. She is passionate about producing as well. Once a Winnetka gal with a love of finding the truth on screen, Charlotte is now living her dream and couldn't be in a happier more grateful place in her life.- Actress

American actress, casting director, teacher, and theatrical director. The daughter of nightclub singer Adelaide Adams and Get Smart (1965) star Don Adams, she was born in Queens, New York, several months after her parents' divorce. Raised in peripatetic fashion by her mother, she survived a particularly Dickensian Catholic boarding school as a toddler, and grew up primarily in Silver Spring, Maryland. The fourth of her mother's four daughters, she had a poor upbringing, despite her father's growing fame and wealth. She was frequently farmed out to friends and extended-family members while her mother embarked on various ventures. She spent a good deal of time in Costa Rica with a family friend, and lived for a year in Italy while her mother attended medical school there. Later, she spent summers with her father and stepmother (dancer Dorothy Bracken) in Beverly Hills and, as a teenager, lived there with her own mother. She attended Beverly Hills High School with the children of such stars as Robert Cummings and Shirley Jones, and with future stars like Nicolas Cage. She studied at the University of California, Irvine, focusing on theatre. Her classmates included future comic star Jon Lovitz and television writer-producer Nancylee Myatt. Following college, she worked as a waitress and as a professional clown while attempting to break into film and television. Encouraged by her aunt Alice Borden and uncle Dick Yarmy, she joined the prestigious Theatre West company in Hollywood and remained there as an actor and director for the rest of her life. Even without the assistance of her father, she managed to break into television in small roles in the 1980s, while appearing in numerous plays. A chance offer of an internship with casting director Reuben Cannon led to a parallel career as a casting assistant and then associate with Cannon, Carol Dudley, Marc Hirschfeld, and Meg Liberman. Branching out on her own, she occasionally partnered with casting directors Robert J. Ulrich and Eric Dawson. She cast a number of feature films and television series. Simultaneously, she maintained her acting career (although refusing to accept offers or auditions for projects she herself was casting). She made notable Los Angeles stage appearances, particularly in Nancylee Myatt's "Two On the Aisle For Murder", Barbara Beery's "Loretta I'm Sorry" and "Pressing Engagements" by actor Jim Beaver, whom she had married in 1989. A starring role in Little Secrets (1991) helped that feature film win a Silver Medal at the Houston Film Festival. Later, she replaced Andrea Martin in what would be her most famous role, that of the acerbic Ferengi feminist "Ishka" (or "Moogie") on the outer space series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993). At the same time, she was active in improvisational comedy programs with The Groundlings and the Acme Comedy Theatre. A brilliantly talented acting coach, she taught extremely popular courses in audition technique. Despite equal brilliance as a lyricist (usually with composer partner David Burke), she preferred to devote her energies to stage and screen performing. In 2001, her only child was born. Barely two years later, Adams, a non-smoker and health-advocate, was diagnosed at age 45 with advanced lung cancer. Hoping to survive to raise her infant daughter, she accepted a variety of experimental and innovative (though painful) treatments, but succumbed to the disease only four months after its discovery. She was cremated and her ashes scattered in Fern Canyon, Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, California.- Actress

Elizabeth "Bitsie" Tulloch is an American actress. She is known for her role as Juliette Silverton/Eve in the NBC television series Grimm.
Tulloch was born in San Diego, California, but grew up in Spain, Uruguay, and Argentina. "Bitsie" is not a contraction of Tulloch's given name, Elizabeth, but an homage to her oddly-nicknamed grandfather, a World War II bomber pilot. Her ancestry is English, Scottish, Irish, and one quarter Spanish/Mexican. Tulloch has stated her first language was Spanish although she no longer considers herself completely fluent anymore. Annually, her mother's family meets in Southern California for Day of the Dead. Her paternal grandmother's family is from Renfrewshire and her grandfather's family originated from the area around Kirkwall. In an interview with BBC News, she reported that "we think the first Tulloch came to the US around 1880 and the Kerrs came in the early 1900s. After returning to the U.S., she went to middle and high school in Bedford, New York. Tulloch graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a double major in English and American Literature and Visual and Environmental Studies.
Tulloch's first acting credit was as R2-D2's "girlfriend" in R2-D2: Beneath the Dome, a mockumentary produced by George Lucas telling the life story of the fictional robot R2-D2 from the Star Wars film series. She starred as "Sally" in the premiere of Sam Forman's play, Quarterlife, which opened at the Pico Playhouse in March 2006. The Los Angeles Times wrote, "Superbly performed...the scene at the end of the play, between Sally (Bitsie Tulloch) and Jack (Clark Freeman), was heartbreaking and beautiful... The lead actress, Bitsie Tulloch, [was] absolutely brilliant."
Her first film role was in Lakeview Terrace directed by Neil LaBute, opposite Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington, and Patrick Wilson, and worked with Barbara Hershey on a film called Uncross the Stars. In the fall of 2009 she filmed the romantic comedy Losing Control. Tulloch voiced one of the characters, a wolf called Sweets, in Alpha and Omega, a 3-D computer animated film, which was released in September 2010.
Tulloch played the small role of Norma, an actress in the 1920s starring in a silent movie with a veteran actor, in the award-winning movie The Artist with Jean Dujardin, John Goodman and James Cromwell, which was released by The Weinstein Company in November 2011, and won the 2012 Academy Award for Best Picture. She was nominated for a Critics' Choice Award for Best Ensemble Cast.
In 2012 she starred as one of the titular roles in independent film Caroline and Jackie opposite Marguerite Moreau, which she also co-produced. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2012, and was released theatrically in May 2013.
Tulloch played Marilyn Sitzman, a witness to the Kennedy assassination, in the star-studded 2013 film Parkland, opposite Paul Giamatti, Billy Bob Thornton, Marcia Gay Harden, Jacki Weaver, Jackie Earle Haley, and Zac Efron. The film was produced by Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman of Playtone, and was released in 2013, to coincide with the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination.
Tulloch has appeared on television shows House, Cold Case, The West Wing, Moonlight, and Outlaw. In 2007 she filmed a role as a Dharma initiative scientist for the ABC series Lost, but her role was re-cast due to scheduling conflicts with quarter-life.
Tulloch played the lead role in Ed Zwick and Marshall Herskovitz's drama quarter-life, which premiered on NBC in early 2008. While the series was quickly pulled and moved to Bravo, Tulloch was hailed for her performance. The Los Angeles Times wrote: "She's the best realized of the bunch... Tulloch, who plays her, seems destined to be better known." She was often compared to the 'next' Claire Danes: "Will this be the first online show to create a real star? It looks likely: The gorgeous 26-year-old Tulloch clearly possesses Danes-like smarts and magnetism."
In 2009, Tulloch shot one of the 3 leads in HBO's buzzed-about comedy pilot Washingtonienne based on the book by Jessica Cutler. The pilot was produced by HBO and Sarah Jessica Parker. In early 2010 she filmed Most Likely to Succeed, a 1/2 hour comedy pilot for Imagine Entertainment through the FOX network, and a recurring role on NBC's Outlaw.
She was a series regular on the NBC series Grimm (2011-2017), a fantasy police procedural drama set in a world where characters inspired by Grimms' Fairy Tales exist. Tulloch's heritage and fluency with the Spanish language were written into the role.
In September 2018, Tulloch was confirmed to play Lois Lane in The CW crossover event "Elseworlds" in the series Supergirl and The Flash. The executive producers described the character as "dogged, determined and brave." Tulloch reprised her role as Lois Lane in the television series Superman & Lois in 2021.
In December 2014, Tulloch confirmed she was in a relationship with her Grimm co-star David Giuntoli. In July 2016, she and Giuntoli revealed they became engaged in April 2016. They married in June 2017, and confirmed their pregnancy with their first child in October 2018. During her time living and working in Portland (where her drama Grimm was filmed), Tulloch became a fan of the Portland Trail Blazers and was often seen attending games with her co-stars.
Tulloch and Giuntoli maintained two residences, including a 1920s remodeled Dutch colonial in Portland, Oregon and a 1920s Spanish house in Hollywood Hills. Their first child, a daughter named Vivian, was born in February 2019. The family moved to the state of Washington at the beginning of 2020.
In early 2012, Tulloch was nominated by the Broadcast Film Critics Association Awards, commonly called the Critics' Choice Awards, for Best Ensemble Cast for The Artist.
Tulloch was nominated for a 28th Annual LA Weekly Theater Award for her performance in Sam Forman's play, Quarterlife (March 2007). Quarterlife was an experimental sequence of 20+ episodes which were originally intended to be released only on the internet, but its success led it to being picked up by NBC.- Actress
