Enid-Raye Adams was born in 1973 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. Since then, no one has ever pronounced her name correctly. Kids at school called her Igor and Enid The Peenid. (Those kids were ill-mannered and had gastric intestinal problems.) After two perms in a row in junior high, Enid-Raye bore a striking resemblance to Napoleon Dynamite (2004) from the major motion picture of the same name.
Years later, Enid-Raye began her career in theater, performing in some of Shakespeare's classics. In 1993, she made her film debut as a feature extra in the Canadian independent For the Moment (1993) opposite Russell Crowe. Her only requirement in the film was to tap Russell Crowe's shoulder in a party scene and smile at him. This was meant to launch her career in film and television and cement her as a leading lady in the minds of directors and studio executives everywhere. Unfortunately, due to a severe case of nerves, Enid-Raye looked like a rabid gopher on camera and her part was cut from the film.
In 1998, she moved to Vancouver to pursue her career and couldn't get arrested. If she jaywalked in front of the cops, they would say, "I'm sorry, we've decided to go another way," or "Jaywalk for us again when you have an agent." It was during this time that she co-wrote and performed in the hilarious one-woman show "Would You Like Fries With That?". She began and promptly finished doing stand-up comedy when she discovered she was much funnier in the privacy of her own home. Finally, she threatened to egg an agent's '87 Dodge Dart if he didn't sign her. Remarkably, he did and she has been working ever since.
Enid-Raye was a host for The 16th Annual Leo Awards (2014) and has received two Leo Award nominations for her work: One for her chilling portrayal of the psychotic and highly disturbed Laura Maitland, a recurring character in the acclaimed series Da Vinci's Inquest (1998) for Chris Haddock; And the second for her role as a Mom suffering from depression in R.L. Stine's the Haunting Hour (2010), opposite Rico Rodriguez (Modern Family (2009)). Other select credits include No Men Beyond This Point (2015), iZombie (2015), Backstrom (2015), Lawrence & Holloman (2013), Endgame (2011), Fringe (2008), Psych (2006), Supernatural (2005), Intelligence (2005), Dead Like Me (2003), Jeremiah (2002), and Steven Spielberg's Taken (2002). She was recently elected as a Director on the UBCP/ACTRA Executive Board.
Enid-Raye works regularly in film, television, voice and commercials. She lives in Vancouver where she can be found loitering in front of Lee's Donuts in her chocolate milk mustache and buffet pants.Backstrom: Season 1, Episode 3

Robert Forster was born Robert Wallace Foster, Jr. in Rochester, New York, to Grace Dorothy (Montanarella) and Robert Wallace Foster, Sr., who worked as an elephant trainer and baking supply company executive. He was of English, Irish, and Italian descent. Forster first became interested in acting while attending Rochester's Madison High School, where he performed as a song-and-dance man in musical revues. After graduating in 1959, Forster attended Heidelberg College, Alfred University and the University of Rochester on football scholarships and continued to perform in student theatrical revues.
After earning a BA in Psychology from Rochester in 1963, Forster took an apprenticeship at an East Rochester theater where he performed in such plays as "West Side Story". He moved to New York City in 1965, where his first big break came when he landed the lead in the two-character play "Mrs. Dally Has a Lover", opposite Arlene Francis. However, after the play ran its course work was hard to find in the theater. Forster returned to Rochester, where he worked as a substitute teacher and construction worker until an agent from 20th Century-Fox offered him a five-picture deal. His movie debut was a small part in the drama Reflections in a Golden Eye (1967), which starred Elizabeth Taylor and Marlon Brando. Forster went on to appear in small and minor roles alongside some top Hollywood actors in films like The Stalking Moon (1968) and Medium Cool (1969), and a large part in Justine (1969). Although he continued to act in feature films, he took the part of a hard-boiled detective in the short-lived TV series Banyon (1971).
Forster also appeared in notable parts in The Black Hole (1979), Avalanche (1978) and as the lead in the cult horror flick Alligator (1980), and played the part of a factory worker-turned-vigilante in the thriller Vigilante (1982). Forster also took the lead as a taxi driver in Walking the Edge (1985) by director Norbert Meisel. A series of action flicks followed, the most notable being The Delta Force (1986), starring Chuck Norris. By the late 1980s Forster's acting career had begun to slide, and he was getting less and less work; if there was any, he would be cast in small parts playing villains. Forster then began to work as a motivational speaker and an acting coach in Hollywood film schools.
However, in the mid-1990s, his career was resurrected by writer-director Quentin Tarantino, a big fan of Forster's early work, who offered him an audition for a part in his latest movie. After a seven-hour audition, Tarantino cast Forster as the tough but sympathetic bail bondsman Max Cherry in Jackie Brown (1997), which netted him an Academy Award nomination and a measure of recognition, both nationwide and within his own profession, landing him more high-profile roles in such films as All the Rage (1999), Gus Van Sant's Psycho (1998)--a remake of Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film--and Supernova (2000). Forster continued to act in many big-budget Hollywood productions for the next two decades.
Forster died on October 11, 2019, in Los Angeles, California, aged 78. His last film, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019), was released on the day of his death. He is survived by four children (Bobby, Elizabeth, Kate and Maeghen), four grandchildren (Tess, Liam, Jack and Olivia), and his long-time partner, Denise Grayson. Denise has been Robert's long-time partner and they had been together for 16 years till Robert passed away at home in Los Angeles surrounded by family.Backstrom: Season 1, Episode 7

Benjamin Hollingsworth is a classically trained actor who was born September 7th, 1984 in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. In 2006, Hollingsworth graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada (NTS), a prestigious three year acting conservatory program in Montréal.
Soon after, in his first professional role under the direction of NTS alumni, Ted Dykstra, Benjamin was nominated for a Robert Merritt Award for his portrayal of Lance Corporal Dawson, in A Few Good Men, by Aaron Sorkin.
Hollingsworth shifted his focus from theater to film and television. He quickly found footing in the Toronto film industry and began guest starring on several popular Canadian TV series including Degrassi, Heartland and HBO Canada's The Line by George F. Walker.
Benjamin's breakout role came when he landed the lead in his feature film debut alongside Demi Moore, David Duchovny and Amber Heard in the highly acclaimed film feature The Joneses (2010).
Following The Joneses, Benjamin was cast in a new CW series called The Beautiful Life (2009) starring Misha Barton, Sara Paxton and Gal Gadot. The series, produced by Ashton Kutcher, cast Hollingsworth in the lead role of "Chris Andrews," a character that was loosely based on Kutcher's own experiences in the industry.
Shortly after, Hollingsworth went on to recur in several TV series including a memorable turn as "Kyle Durant" on the first season of USA's Suits; followed by multiple recurring roles on the CW's The Tomorrow People, Cult and a guest star on ABC's Once Upon a Time.
In 2014, Hollingsworth joined the cast of the Fox series Backstrom starring Rainn Wilson, as Assistant District Attorney "Steven Kines." Later that year he starred in several romantic comedies including Lucky in Love (2014) opposite Gossip Girl's Jessica Szohr, A Wish Come True (2014) starring Megan Park and Can't Buy My Love (2014) with Adelaide Kane. He balanced the year out with lead roles in two action thrillers; 20th Century Fox's Joy Ride 3 (2014) and the Lionsgate feature Vendetta (2014).
Benjamin made his return to network TV as a series regular in CBS' medical drama Code Black (2015) in which Hollingsworth played "Dr. Mario Savetti;" a performance that earned Benjamin a Golden Maple Award nomination for Best Actor in a TV series. Code Black featured an all-star cast made up of Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden, Luis Guzman and Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Rob Lowe. Code Black concluded its third and final season in 2018.
In 2019 Benjamin will make his return to the big screen with two feature films; Lionsgate's revenge thriller Hard Powder starring Liam Neeson, Laura Dern and Emmy Rossum and the David Cronenberg remake of the 1977 cult classic Rabid from the Soska Twins."ADA Steven Kines"

Amy Stewart got her start as a child in regional theaters in the San Francisco Bay Area, and did several national television commercials throughout her teen years. When a Los Angeles based talent agent took notice of her, she started flying to LA for auditions and work, and soon began independent study before graduating High School.
Later, Amy graduated magna cum laude from UCSD with a Psychology degree and a minor in Political Science. While in college she also studied at the prestigious La Jolla Playhouse Summer Conservatory under Tony Award-winning director Anna Shapiro. This experience propelled her decision to pursue acting as a career, even though she had already been accepted to several law schools.
She is often termed a "chameleon" for her ability to morph from character to character and traverse multiple genres. This unique skill set first got Amy noticed for her tear jerking performance as a rape victim in a critically acclaimed episode of David E. Kelley's The Practice. Since then, Amy has continued to appear on some of the most popular dramas on television.
Ironically, Stewart is a natural "funny girl," with training in both improv and stand-up comedy. Her breakout comedic film performance came in the screwball romantic comedy Monkey Love, described by IndieWire as "a late night secret pleasure for single gals with bad track records." She starred in the film opposite Jeremy Renner, and proved that she is as diverse as she is talented. Hollywood has definitely taken notice of this lighter side of Amy, resulting in her comedic turns on shows like Desperate Housewives, Las Vegas and The Starter Wife.Backstrom: Season 1, Episode 5
