Darryl was born in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada to Joseph and Doreen Scheelar. They moved from British Columbia up to the Yukon in 1971, and it was there that Darryl got his first taste of performing, acting in school plays, and then, in 1977, playing the Artful Dodger in the community production of Oliver. While in the Yukon, he was also introduced to gymnastics.
Heading in to 11th grade, Darryl's family returned to the Vancouver area of British Columbia, ending up in the city of New Westminster. In high school, Darryl continued acting in plays, and in his senior year was discovered by a member of the Shasta Trampoline Team while playing around on the diving boards at a local pool.
Over the next 6 years, he spent countless hours in the trampoline and tumbling gym, and represented Canada at 3 World Championships as a member of their National Team. After retiring from competitions, Darryl did trampoline shows for circuses and fairs all over Canada and the United States, and got his first film work in a Canadian commercial for Chevron gasoline in 1988.
In 1992, John Wardlow, the coordinator for the television show Highlander needed an acrobat who could flip with a sword, and his searches lead him to Darryl. The two became fast friends, and John mentored Darryl into the world of stunts for both television and feature films. It wasn't long after that that Darryl returned to his childhood passion of acting, and began auditioning for more and more shows shot in and around Vancouver.
As his resume continued to grow, Darryl doubled many leads for film and television, but he always kept his toe in the acting pool as well. He would often say, "I'm building an acting resume now, so when I get too old, and don't want to hit the ground anymore, I'll have something to do." As it turned out, in the late 90s, he also started stunt coordinating, and is now still busy doing all three: acting, stunt performing, and stunt coordinating.Officer Mendez

Peter caught the acting bug as a teenager at the National Youth Theatre in Wales and his drama training was at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. On leaving drama school in 1990, Peter made his television debut in Beeban Kidron's Screen Two production of "Antonia and Jane" before going on to play lead roles in three television drama series: "Alex" in Granada TV's Medics; "Lt. Nick Pasco" in "Soldier Soldier" for Central TV; and "Tom Walton" in "The Men's Room" (1991), a five-part series directed by Antonia Bird for BBC TV.
For the next few years, Peter worked steadily in the UK doing several noteworthy productions, such as Pirandello's "Six Characters in Search of an Author", "Alun Lewis" in "Alun Lewis: Death and Beauty" for the BBC Wales and "Martin Chuzzlewit" for the BBC, as well as the movie "Uncovered", directed by Jim McBride. In 1995, Peter did a guest shot on "Highlander the Series" playing Methos, a 5000 year old Immortal, which led to a recurring role on the series and changed the theater of his work from the UK to America. He moved to Canada during the filming of "Highlander", then returned to the UK to play Tom Kirby in the Granada Television series "Noah's Ark." Gravedancing (19 Feb. 2010) - Born on November 10, at 2:30A.M., 1991 in Edmonton during a terrible snow storm, Genevieve Buechner was born to single parent mother Tea Buechner. She began to pester her mother about acting lessons when she was three. Her mother was very reluctant to encourage this interest.
Still Genna persevered and finally her mother allowed her to take a small course in acting from the local theatre - Vancouver Youth Theatre. After completing the course Genna asked if she could please audition for the youth theatre's acting tour. Her mother refused, explaining that as Genna had no experience; the chances were not high that she would make the selection. Later that evening the director for the tour called their home demanding to know why Genevieve Buechner had not come to the audition. A special audition was set up for her the next day, and Genna was selected as the youngest member of the cast. During the tour performances, Genna was scouted by Robert Carrier and signed to Carrier Talent Management in Vancouver Canada.
A week later Genevieve was sent to audition for the lead in a Toronto Independent Film called St. Monica. Both Mother and child were utterly unprepared for the audition, and Genna showed up in dirty clothes, with unbrushed hair. Casting Director Carol Tarlington took pity on the hapless two, explained some of the rules, tidied her up and prepared her for the camera. Genevieve Buechner got the lead role at the age of ten years - the first film audition that she had ever been to and was flown to Toronto within three days. The film went on to be a festival success playing across North America and being selected for the Berlin Film Festival, the Atlantic Film Festival, the Toronto Film Festival and the Vancouver Film Festival. She was nominated for a Canadian Leo Award for Best Lead performance by a female in 2003 for that role.
Since then she has been cast in Feature Films, lead roles in M.O.W. and has had recurring roles in Television series including the Battlestar spin- off "Caprica" as Tamara Adams.
She has been a huge supporter of independent films.Tamara Adama
