- A blue hedgehog with supersonic speed must rescue animals from being turned into robots by a mad scientist.
- A falling block puzzle game that was available for download in Japan in 1991 and in Brazil in 1995 on Sega Meganet, a Japan/Brazil exclusive Mega Drive add-on that let people download select games through dial-up. Sonic must arrange randomly selected falling clusters of shapes of the same variety to align on a grid in order to erase them.

Unknown to them, Nack had already discovered the Chaos Emeralds in his home dimension. Now Sonic and Tails must fend off Robotnik and Knuckles while retrieving the emeralds back from Nack.
