It’s no secret we love Adam Lambert and the energy and joy he brings to the otherwise sterile, manufactured world of modern pop music. But he’s such a worldwide whirling dervish that it’s sometimes difficult to keep track of where and when he touches down. Hence our weekly feature Hump Day With Adam Lambert, which will hopefully keep us up-to-date with his appearances, performances, and interviews. And on those weeks when Adam’s talents lie dormant, we bring you classic pics and performances.

Trespassing – The title track was co-written with Grammy Award winning Pharrell Williams,[98] while the album’s lead single, “Better Than I Know Myself”, a collaboration with Dr. Luke and Claude Kelly, was released on December 20, 2011 to all digital retailers. His debut live performance of the single on January 17, 2012 on the The Tonight Show with Jay Leno received overwhelmingly positive reviews, focusing on Lambert’s soaring and impeccable vocals on this melodically challenging song, as well as his more stripped down and sophisticated look.

The release of Adam Lambert’s sophomore set, “Trespassing,” is still two months away, but the “American Idol” runner up revealed the album cover via Twitter late Monday night. Lambert also divulged that he has a major hand in all facets of “Trespassing”: he is the album’s executive producer and creative director. He made a special shout out to Lee Cherry, his art director and photographer. The Glamberts immediately took to retweeting and praising the sepia-toned cover, which features a head shot of Lambert staring straight into the camera. “Trespassing” is slashed across the bottom of the cover in yellow. “Thank you...

Adam Lambert has always been good to his fans and many of these enthusiasts were delighted when earlier this week, he shared a beautiful new picture with them.
The 29 year old star – who of course shot to fame when he finished in second place on the 2009 season of American Idol – revealed the shot below online, showing himself in the recording studio.
In the picture he looks dreamy and a has a bit of the whole James Dean broodiness going on. He is sporting some trademark heavy black eyeliner and his hair is tousled to perfection.
His Twitter followers love the shot and were very vocal on the social networking site about his ‘sexiness.’

"American Idol" runner up Adam Lambert is one of our favorite photo shoot subjects.
The guy certainly knows how to pose and create visual drama, with a little help from great stylists and photographers of course. He'd be a great mentor on "America's Next Top Model."
We've already seen the 15 outtakes from his album photo shoot, and now Et has released six more images of him taken by Lee Cherry.
Here's our favorite one. No one's rocked a monocle this well since Mr. Peanut or old-school Penguin. Okay, it's really a pocket watch, but he's certainly holding it up to his eye monocle-style.
Lambert is currently crossing the nation on his Glam Nation Tour.

Adam Lambert recently did a photoshoot with photographer Lee Cherry. The new pictures will appear in T-shirts and key chains for merchandise on his Glam Nation tour. At least four photos of Adam are now out for viewing pleasure, boasting his signature look in a leather jacket and fingerless gloves.
To Entertainment Tonight, the "American Idol" singer revealed what inspired his look. He explained, "[It] is all inspired by kind of voodoo, mystery, mystique, fortune tellers and black magic and feathers. And it's all kind of done with a smile and a wink to the audience, and it's witchy."
Adam Lambert's Glam Nation tour is still on going to continue promoting his debut album "For Your Entertainment". Fans can check the remaining dates from the traveling show which is supported by Allison Iraheta and Orianthi on his official website.

"American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert is gearing up to kick off his Glamnation tour on Thursday, June 4 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. He tells Billboard magazine what his fans can expect from his shows this summer.
"I definitely think they'll be comfortable," the glam rocker says, "That was kind of an artistic experiment, the AMAs. I learned a lot from it. I learned what my limitations are. I learned what my audience wants to see. The [Glam Nation] concert definitely is sexy, but I feel if anyone thought [the Ama performance] was not tasteful, this is tasteful."
Lambert says his show is "visually inspired by turn-of-the-century New Orleans...a kitschy, glam, voodoo, crystal ball, black magic kind of look [with] a lot of psychedelic, classic rock visual references. Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Keith Richards -- those are the people who have inspired the look and the feel of the show. I had fun with the projectionist and my costume designer and.

During his nearly flawless run on "American Idol," Adam Lambert seemed unshakably confident. The San Diego native was so comfortable onstage that even the rare negative comment from the judges seemed to bounce off his glittery armor without leaving a scratch.
But, like just about anybody, that confidence was tested when he met Madonna. In his interview for the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, Lambert describes how his "Idol" trip has resulted in so many of his wildest dreams coming true. "Everything that I always thought was a fantasy is actually happening," he said. "And it's a testament to imagination and doing whatever the f--- comes to my mind."
