Clark Gable owned the house she lived in until her death, which was
located at 12746 Landale St. in North Hollywood, California. He let her live
there rent free. When he died in 1960, he left the house to her in his
will.
She was 17 years older than Clark Gable. He allegedly married her because
of her connections in the theater.
Clark Gable later admitted that their marriage was never consummated.
