Lloyd Fonvielle, who wrote the screenplays for the 1980s films The Lords of Discipline and The Bride and received a story credit on the 1999 blockbuster The Mummy, has died. He was 64. Fonvielle died Feb. 19 while at his writing desk in his apartment in Las Vegas, according to his friend Eli Selden of Anonymous Content. The cause of death was hypertension and the lung disease Copd, the coroner’s office said.
