Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are none too pleased over the fact that video footage of West's marriage proposal was leaked to a video-sharing site. In fact, they're out for blood.
The newly-engaged couple have filed suit against Chad Hurley, one of the co-founders of YouTube who sold the site to Google for $1.65 billion, alleging that he is the person who put the video on his new Internet venture, MixBit.
TMZ obtained a copy of the lawsuit, in which the couple, through their lawyer Eric George, says Hurley was desperate to find a "second act" after his post-YouTube venture failures. They allege that he wasn't invited to At&T Park in San Francisco on Oct. 21, when West proposed, but instead manipulated his way in.
He was allowed to stay, but was made to sign a confidentiality agreement and pose for a picture holding it, which has been attached to the lawsuit.

Los Angeles — Until he died in 2009, Michael Jackson was fiercely protective of his children (save for that one balcony-dangling incident). He covered their faces when they went out with him so they might enjoy the kind of normal childhood he missed out on as a member of the Jackson 5.
But Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson stepped onto a world stage without masks when they appeared at the King of Pop's public memorial. Paris, then just 11, delivered the most poignant words of the star-studded service when she tentatively took the microphone and said, "Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine."
Since Jackson's death, Paris has become the most visible of his children, granting interviews to Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres, appearing in magazine articles and amassing more than a million followers on Twitter. She has also expressed interest in starting a singing career and has plans to star in a movie.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Oksana Grigorieva's former attorney is set to talk with Sheriff's investigators about Mel Gibson's extortion claims against her.
According to our sources, an L.A. County Sheriff's investigator contacted Eric George on Wednesday. George repped Grigorieva during the mediation where she agreed to (and later reneged on) a $15 million package from Gibson.
As we first reported, Oksana sent Mel text messages during that mediation which some think could be construed as extortion. In one of the texts Oksana accuses Mel of not keeping up his part of the deal to support her. As her attorney at the time George was privy to the texts as well as other information.
Our law enforcement sources say George said he would be "delighted" to meet with investigators.

The mother of Michael Jackson's two eldest children wants his estate to pay her legal bills for her custody. Debbie Rowe, who is the biological mother of Prince Michael, 13, and Paris, 12, filed for custody of the children shortly after the pop superstar's death in June 2009.
Dermatology nurse Debbie had originally given full custody rights to Michael when they divorced in 1999, and withdrew her new lawsuit after reaching an agreement with Katherine Jackson, the children's paternal grandparent, in July last year. Katherine has been their legal guardian ever since, but Debbie is still claiming Michael's estate should contribute "reasonable attorney fees" to her bills for the case.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff denied her request for $200,000 during a hearing at a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday, September 8 ruling there was no law permitting Debbie and her attorney Eric George, who represented her in her custody case, to obtain fees from the Jackson estate.

Continuing in her quest for custody of her daughter along with a handsome payout, Oksana Grigorieva was spotted back at her lawyer's office in Los Angeles, California on Friday (July 23).
Offering up a shy wave to awaiting paparazzi, the Russian pianist is in the midst of a bitter separation from allegedly abusive ex, Mel Gibson.
The sighting comes after it was reported by TMZ that Miss Grigorieva actually had a civil lawsuit ready to file against Mr Gibson back in May - as it was a backup plan in case she didn't get the custody and financial agreement desired.
Apparently, Oksana's former lawyer, Eric George, drafted the lawsuit and threatened "to file it while accusing Mel of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault."
While the lawsuit was shelved upon Gibson's offer of $15 million, Grigorieva later refused to sign the mediation agreement due to a clause which allowed Mel unsupervised visits with their daughter.

Oksana Had Lawsuit Ready Against Mel Gibson
TMZ has learned ... Oksana Grigorieva had a civil lawsuit prepared and ready to file against Mel Gibson back in May, in the event Gibson failed to negotiate a custody and financial deal she considered fair.
We've learned during the two day mediation in mid-May, Eric George, who was Oksana's lawyer at the time, drafted and threatened to file the lawsuit, alleging assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
As we first reported, the parties agreed to a $15 million package for Oksana. When the outline of the agreement was signed, George abandoned the idea of suing.
Sources say although lawyers on both sides were well aware of the secretly-recorded tapes -- which one source called "the 800 pound elephant in the room" -- the lawsuit George drafted made no specific mention of tapes, nor of Gibson's racially-charged comments.
As a result, the tapes could...

Law Enforcement Questions Oksana's M.O.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they have "serious concerns" over Oksana Grigorieva's credibility in connection with her domestic violence claim against Mel Gibson ... because, we're told, she had money on the brain before making her claim.
Our sources say Gibson has emails and other evidence Oksana "tried to extract money from Mel in return for the [explosive] tapes." As TMZ has already reported, Oksana secretly recorded Gibson during several heated arguments back in February.
We're told Sheriff's investigators are concerned that Oksana had contact with civil lawyers and judges while she negotiated a visitation agreement with Mel over a 6-month period but never once contacted police. Oksana was represented by attorney Eric George, the son of California Supreme Court Justice Ronald George, to handle the visitation case. She went through 2 full days of mediation in May, conducted by two former judges, one of whom was...
