- As well as playing a Stormtrooper, he also played the role of Saurin, a Cantina character, in Star Wars: A New Hope, but wasn't included in the official credits.

- Wrote and recorded a song about the famous Star Wars blooper called: "Who Was The Stormtrooper Who Banged His Head!?" Released on 22nd Jan 2016. It was his pop debut single at 70.
- Recorded Phil Collins in one of Denmark Street's studios, London, 1970. "I Chose the World." (Demo).
- Related to Victorian actor/writer George Grossmith (Diary of a Nobody).
