- Jean-Jacques Grand-Jouan was born on October 5, 1949 in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, France. He was an actor and director, known for Street of the Crane's Foot (1979), Debout les crabes, la mer monte! (1983) and Lucifer et moi (2008). He died on October 27, 2020 in Paris, France.
- Also actor, novelist, he is the grandson of anarchist illustrator Jules Grandjouan (1875-1968) who was Isadora Duncan's lover. Thru his grandfather , he is also related to the Paul Langevin and Charles Koechlin families.
