[Editor’s Note: The following contains spoilers from the “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” episode, “I Never Want to See Josh Again.”]

You can be forgiven if you haven't jumped on the Rick and Morty bandwagon yet. The animated comedy has been on Adult Swim since 2013, but it's this year's long-awaited third season that has finally brought the series the attention it deserves. At this point, if you're one of the still-unitiated, you're probably wondering if you should go all the way back to the beginning or if you should just dive in with this season. IndieWire's Steve Green thinks he has just the starter episode you're looking for, and it aired this season.

Percy was a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and earned the nickname “The King of Slow Soul.” Sledge’s 1966 hit was later covered by Michael Bolton in 1991 and subsequently went to the #1 spot on Billboard before making it onto more than 20 feature film soundtracks.

Short films are an often underappreciated art form. The ability to tell an effective story within “40 minutes or less”, as defined by the Academy, is certainly a talent, and can often be a medium for aspiring filmmakers to prove their chops and transition into feature length productions. The same principle holds true for aspiring actors as well, with many big screen stars honing their craft on smaller movies. Thus, every sunday, we will highlight one such film, to give our readers a look at how directors, writers, and actors perform with time limitations.

Today’s film is the 2002 short Occasional, Strong. The movie is directed by Steve Green, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Jamie Kelsey, and stars Daniel Craig. Craig is perhaps best known for taking on the iconic role of James Bond in 2006, and the latest film in the franchise, Skyfall, with him in the lead role, is now in theatres worldwide.
