Mr. de Gerando began studying acting in Paris at the Cours Raymond
Girard (like Jean-Paul Belmondo). Then he studied in the Ecole
nationale superieure des arts et des techniques du theatre (aka ENSATT
- Ecole de theatre de la rue Blanche, Paris). In 1966, he joined the
Conservatoire National Superieur d'Art Dramatique de Paris (CNSAD)
where he studied with Georges Chamarat. His classmates were Marlène
Jobert, Danièle Evenou, Michel Creton, Ludmilla Mikael, Patrick
Prejean, Maurice Risch, etc... Over the years, he worked under some of
France's best-known directors, including Claude Lelouch. His best
friend off all time was famous actor Charles Denner. He is a great
friend of comedian Popeck.
