Stencil artist Logan Hicks sites Bob's stencil art "Slow Down" with a flaming skull (1993?) on a "dead man's curve" as the stencil that inspired him to take up the X-acto knife. The painting was voted "Best Benevolent Stencil" by The Baltimore City Paper and can be found in Tristan Manco's "Stencil Art".
