- (1980) He directed Frank Loesser's musical, "Guys and Dolls," for the Royal Lyceum Theatre Company in Edinburgh, Scotland.
- Wrote book for the West End musical AS DOROTHY PARKER ONCE SAID...(Fortune Theatre 1969,Nationat tour 1970/1)with music by Sandy Wilson.
- (1975) He directed and acted in John Kander and Fred Ebb's musical, "Cabaret," at the Liverpool Playhouse with Dilys Watling as Sally Bowles and again in 1979 at the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh
- (1988 - 1991) he directed and acted in Ray Cooney's play, "Run For Your Wife!" in London's West End at the Criterion, Whitehall and Duchess Theatres and subsequently in many countries around the World including Canada, Australia, Scandinavia and the Far and Middle East.
- (1956-present)After starting his career as a boy actor in television he acted in many UK theatres before becoming a Director. In addition to being Artistic Director of five UK theatres he has now directed in 26 countries worldwide.
