Chelsea might have a struggle convincing the current third favourite (and intelligent pundit’s choice) to replace beleaguered manager Jose Mourinho, if former Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti gets the acting bug and moves to Hollywood.
That might sound like the wild ravings of someone with a serious head injury, but it seems there is an actual possibility of it happening.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera, the 56 year old is set for the most unlikely of cameos in Star Trek Beyond:
According to @Corriereit, @MrAncelotti will make a cameo role in the next "Star Trek Beyond" movie as a doctor. Scene filmed in Vancouver.

There’s news today in France that Yohan Cabaye has been told he’s unwanted at Psg by former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf, who has responded to the former Magpies midfielder’s poor performances for the Parisiens by saying he made a mistake in moving in the first place.
Cabaye started just his second league game since September on Saturday away at Lorient, and astonishingly was rated the worst player on the pitch by newspaper reports – which has happened before. Though his side won, Cabaye was hauled off after the hour mark, having done very little: inevitably, his replacement set up the winner.
Despite his torrid time in France, Cabaye is still deemed a key part of the international set-up, and will play a significant role in the Euro Championships in 2016, barring a continued run of abject form.
Leboeuf appeared on Téléfoot Sunday to talk through Cabaye’s predicament,...

Actor Anthony Lapaglia is planning a seven-a-side soccer tournament to raise cash for the victims of the Australian bush fires.
The Without A Trace star, a former soccer ace Down Under, has organised a Hollywood United Football Club day-out, dubbed Footy & Meat Pies, in Pacific Palisades, California to help out those caught up in the natural disaster earlier this month.
Announcing the tournament, which is set to kick off on Saturday, Lapaglia says, "The cost of relief for the victims and rebuilding all that was lost will most likely run at $500 million. Of course, no price can be placed on the loss of family and loved ones and the suffering caused by the loss of your community."
The actor will be joined by Without A Trace co-star Poppy Montgomery and fellow stars Donal Logue and Dominic Purcell.
Former European soccer stars Frank LeBoeuf and Richard Gough will also be among the action.
