Erville Light was born on October 19, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She was an actress, known for Now and Again (1999), Cemetery High (1988) and Scarlet Moon (2006). She was married to Eugene Light. She died on March 25, 2010 in Bronx, New York, USA.
She earned her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Education from Brooklyn College and taught in Elementary and High School for several years in the New York school system. She also worked as a salesperson for Gimbel's Department Store in New York City.
She was an active member of the Highland Park Senior Community in Highland Park, New Jersey. She campaigned for Governor Jon Corzine's campaigns in 2009 and 2005.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Robert Bradley Light of Forrest Hills, New York and a daughter Laurel Iris Licht and son-in-law, Adam Nazimowicz of Merrick, New York and her granddaughter, Erica Nazimowicz.
She was interred at Abraham & Sarah Mausoleum, Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, New Jersey.
Daughter of the late Meyer and Gertrude Silverstein. She lived in Piscataway, New Jersey before moving to Highland Park, New Jersey in 1961.
