Jacques Martin was born on June 22, 1933 in Lyon, Rhône, France. He was a producer and actor, known for Na! (1973), Un égale trois (1964) and Thé dansant (1980). He was married to Céline Boisson, Cecilia Albeniz and Annie Lefevre. He died on September 14, 2007 in Biarritz, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, France.
Has eight children: David, Elise, Frédéric, Jean-Baptiste,
Jeanne-Marie, Judith, Juliette and Clovis.
In the early 1980s, he sang with Robert Quibel and his Orchestra three hits composed by Henri Betti in Dimanche Martin (1980) : "Le Régiment des Mandolines" (composed in 1946 with the lyrics of Maurice Vandair), "C'est si bon" (composed in 1947 with the lyrics of André Hornez) and "Maître Pierre" (composed in 1948 with the lyrics of Jacques Plante).
