Chicago – Need a break from the noise of the holidays? Step Up Productions, – in residence at Chicago Dramatists Theater – present “HoliDaze,” a collection of six one-act plays, all dealing with the nature and nurture of the season. The showcase runs through December 21st, 2014.

Over the last few night's I've been catching the Friday the 13th marathon on AMC's Fearfest. It's kind of a tradition.
AMC has also announced the release of a series of Mini-Docs', which feature one major human fear per episode. One mini documentary stars horror favorite Bill Oberst Jr. If you don't happen to have AMC or don't get a chance to catch it, you can check out the embedded video below, as well as a list of links to the other episodes.
Oberst Jr. first appears at about :50 into the episode (embedded below), identified as "Elliot Cruise, E.T. Expert". The episode first "Invasion" aired tonight during a break in Friday the 13th: The Final Friday.

Featuring Buffy and Expendables star Charisma Carpenter, we've now scored the Afm sales art for Deadly Sibling Rivalry, Hanelle Culpepper's flick written by Steve Peterson and John Murlowski. Kyle Richards, Ben Milliken and Christa B. Allen star. Identical twins Janna and Callie have always had a sibling rivalry competing for their fathers love. After a horrific climbing accident kills their father, the twins grow further apart and carry out their lives in the wake of the tragedy. Janna gets married and has a daughter while Callie floats from one job to the next, getting tangled in illegal dealings. After a near fatal crash puts Janna into a coma, Callie secretly steals her sisters identity in an attempt to start over with a new life and keep her sister out of her way. Callie stops at nothing to seek revenge on a sister that has always had the seemingly better life.

A couple of months ago we were all dribbling in anticipation that ex-Buffy star Charisma Carpenter was going to be playing a sexier pair of twins than that of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito have done so in the past. Carpenter (below) will star in Hanelle Culpepper's thrilling tale 'Deadly Sibling Rivalry' and she's been chatting with the folks over at Bloody Disgusting about the movie from this year's Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Australia. The shoot ended last month as the project moved into post on this Steve Peterson and John Murlowski penned thriller. It was announced back in February that "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" supermodel Charisma Carpenter would be toplining the new thriller Deadly Sibling Rivalry, directed by Hanelle Culpepper and written by Steve Peterson and John Murlowski. The pic will follow an identical twin who secretly steals her sisters identity in an attempt to start over with a new life and keep her sister out of her way. She stops at nothing to seek revenge on a sister that has always had the seemingly better life... Horror fans hankering for a double dose of Charisma Carpenter rest assured, Deadly Sibling Rivalry will deliver. That's the word from the actress herself, who plays twins Callie and Janna in the horror thriller. Currently in Australia for the Supanova Pop Culture Expo, the former "Buffy" and "Angel" star said the film is for people with sibling issues.

The stunning Charisma Carpenter, most recently seen in 'Psychosis' and 'The Expendables' but better known for her long-running role as Cordelia Chase in both 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and its spin-off 'Angel', will twin up in 'Deadly Sibling Rivalry'. The new family revenge tale will star Miss Carpenter as both twins (hot!) in the Hanelle M. Culpepper ('Within') helmed thriller.
