Red Rhodes was born on 30 December 1930 in East Alston, Illinois, USA. He is known for Nesmith Live (1992). He died on 20 August 1995 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Was one of three men who worked with The Monkees - the others being
Michael Nesmith and John London - to form The First National Band.
Rhodes played pedal steel guitar with The Monkees and taught Mike
Nesmith how to play the instrument.
