They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Former paparazzi Thomas Grady’s most recent picture is certainly worth a lot more. Thomas has inadvertently captured a scandalous, revealing shot of one of the world’s most prominent and beloved figures—the First Lady. What ensues is a terrific conflict of morals, love and money. Selling the picture could resolve all of his professional and financial troubles, but it will also force him to confront the love of his life, as this photo puts the true nature of their relationship to a test. Then there’s the President and First Lady; how far do you think they will go to protect their privacy?...

Throughout the month of December, we will be highlighting a film a day that has some tie into the holiday somehow. Some titles will be obvious, others won’t be. Some films will be good and, again, others won’t be. However, we think all titles are worth your time whether to give you chills inside your home or to make you drink more eggnog until you puke laughing.
After narrowly escaping her last encounter with the killer chef, it’s Christmas time for Jenny (Rachael Robbins). The head shop [or maybe it’s a Spencer’s] is gearing up for the shopping season. There’s an intense rivalry with the deli next door and their dueling Santa Clauses. To ease the tensions our bong ripping bikini babes invite the evil deli girls to their Employee Christmas Party. Too bad the chef shows up and starts killing people. Again.

Behold the pilot script for Friends, where Rachel was "Rachel Robbins," Phoebe was more into busking, Monica was a little more cynical, Joey was kind of mean, and the show was called Friends Like Us. But beyond the superficial differences, you really do get a glimpse of the show Friends would eventually become, particularly in the more gentle moments between Ross and Rachel. Man, those two.Don't have time to read the entire thing? Just look at these character descriptions: See the rest of our Friends Countdown (and get something really special every day) right here.

Landing somewhere on the spectrum between softcore and torture porn, Scavenger Killers tells the tale of two serial killing sex maniacs on a graphic, murderous rampage. Judge Taylor Limone (Robert Bogue) and defense attorney Clara Lovering (Rachael Robbins) enjoy murdering strangers on a whim. Drawing occupations—like attorney or cowboy—out of a scandalously placed pouch, the duo hunt down victims that match. But, unlike most serial killers, they never kill their victims the same way twice.

Scavenger Killers’ Dylan Bank is the latest subject in our Q&A series, with the director telling us all about the making of his latest movie:
Thanks for taking the time to chat with us Dylan. Can you tell us how you got involved with “Scavenger Killers”?
No problem, I can talk about movies forever, just tell the guy standing right offstage with the big cane to yank me when my time is up. My first film, “Nightmare” played at Ken Del Vecchio’s Hoboken International Film Festival a few years back, and won some awards. Those were sweet awards to win, because they came with cash, and as someone who’d been around the block with festivals across the world, Ken’s festival was one of the best. I mean, he had a comedian hosting it, people getting roasted, clips from the movie, a whole red-carpet ceremony – it was impressive.

Need some more serial killer fare in your life? Midnight Releasing announces the July 1st DVD, VOD and Digital Download release of Scavenger Killers, a blood and guts contemporary tale of justice gone very, very wrong. Directed by Dylan Blank and co-written by Kenneth Del Vecchio and Rachael Robbins, Scavenger Killers stars Robert Bogue (The Following) as charismatic and respected Judge Taylor Limone, and co-starring Rachael Robbins (Bikini Bloodbath Christmas) as sultry, scheming attorney Clara Lovering, the film graphically portrays what can happen when the pressures of bringing the most heinous criminals to justice ferments into a darkly psychological and sexual pursuit of perverse pleasure.

When looking over the cast for a little low budget horror flick, you don't usually see the names of Academy Award nominees. That rarely happens. Usually you get cats like Dustin Diamond, etc. Well, the upcoming flick Scavenger Killers inexplicably has them both and then some!
Dylan Bank directs from a screenplay by Kenneth Del Vecchio and Rachael Robbins. Now here's the neat thing... the cast! Eric Roberts, Robert Loggia, and Charles Durning all star along with Robert Bogue (The Good Guy, "Guiding Light"), Rachael Robbins (An Affirmative Act, Screaming Dead), Dustin Diamond ("Saved by the Bell"), Kim Allen ("Army Wives"), Angela Little (American Pie Bandcamp, The Life Zone), and Suzi Lorraine (Solid State, The Haunting of Pearson Place).
Take a look at the first trailer and artwork!
Synopsis
"Bonnie and Clyde" are reinvented in Scavenger Killers, where a charming judge and a hot criminal defense attorney go on a maniacal killing rampage.

Seems everyone is attempting to move back in to controversial horror territory of late, which can be a good thing. Not always, but it's good to push boudaries. Maybe not as far as 'The Human Centipede II' is attempting to do currently, however, its new forced abortion thriller 'The Life Zone' from director Rob Weber that seems to be taking the brunt of critism also of late. It's not surprising that a film that deals with several doctors forcing a group of young women to have their babies, against their wills is going to raise serious issues and take on serious comments. The movie stars ex-Playboy model Angela Little (below) as one of the abductees from an abortion clinic. Robert Loggia, Lindsey Haun, Charles Durning, Martin Kove, , Katarzyna Wolejnio, Blanche Baker, Tara Buck, Thomas G. Waites, Eric Etebari and Rachael Robbins all star. You can check out the new official trailer below.

Rapper-turned-filmmaker R.A. Thorburn, a.k.a. “The Rugged Man” and the producer/co-writer of Frank Henenlotter’s Bad Biology, dropped Fango a line with details and some gruesome set photos (see ’em below) from his first feature as a director. Titled God Take, God Give, it’s “an insane mockumentary,” according to Thorburn, based on the life of his father, Staff Sgt. John A. Thorburn.
“He was a highly decorated war hero who survived many government-funded secret missions in Vietnam,” he tells us, “only to come home affected by Agent Orange, which caused serious complications with some of his children and grandchildren. I love H.P. Lovecraft. I’ve read all his works and meticulously watched every Lovecraft-related movie, and a Cthulhu statue stands watch on my desk, guarding my pens from my implement-snatching Fango co-workers. I’m always excited to review a Lovecraft flick, Midnight Releasing’s recent DVD release In Search Of Lovecraft being no exception. The concept sounded very promising—a mockumentary on Lovecraft revealing that his mythos were in fact true—but the movie, written and directed by newbie David J. Hohl, proves that even a sound idea can be easily lost in the execution.
In Search Of Lovecraft begins as a news-style mockumentary, with TV reporter Rebecca Marsh (Renee Sweet) doing a Halloween story on the famed author. Though she’s at first bored by the assignment, Rebecca, along with her camera guy (Tytus Bergstrom) and intern (Denise Amrikhas), soon begins to realize that what Lovecraft wrote of was not fantasy,...
