Happy birthday, Emma Roberts! The stunning blonde is turning 25 today, meaning it's been 15 years since the actress got her big break at just 10 years old, playing Johnny Depp's daughter in Blow. And from her days as a child star to now, Roberts has done quite an exceptional job at the family business (Dad's Eric Roberts and her aunt, in case you didn't know, is Julia Roberts), starring most recently as the painfully hilarious Chanel Oberlin in Scream Queens and changing roles with ease on different seasons of American Horror Story. But rewind quite a few years and the birthday girl was not quite the red carpet stunner she is today. Yep, that's...

Emma Roberts freaked all of us out during the first season of Scream Queens, but before she was cast as the downright evil queen bee Chanel Oberlin, Emma was just a little girl from a big Hollywood family, growing up in front of the cameras. Emma is the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and the niece of Oscar winner Julia Roberts; she made her big-screen debut playing Johnny Depp's daughter in 2001's Blow and became the star of the Nickelodeon show Unfabulous three years later. Things came full circle for Emma when she starred with her aunt Julia in the 2010 movie Valentine's Day and went on to be featured in two seasons of American Horror Story (she's also slated to pop up in Hotel). As one of creator Ryan Murphy's TV darlings - and with her hilarious recent role on Scream Queens - we wouldn't be surprised if...

Julia Roberts’ half-sister, Nancy Motes, was found dead on Sunday in her Los Angeles home of an apparent drug overdose. She was 37.
Nancy Motes Found Dead
When paramedics arrived at Motes’ home Sunday afternoon, they found her on a bathroom floor, Los Angeles County Coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter told CNN. Motes was pronounced dead at the scene.
Motes' cause of death is not known as of yet. However, prescription drugs were discovered near her body and it’s known that she long suffered from multiple medical troubles.
"She has a history of some medical issues," Winter said. "Some prescription drugs were found near her body."
Nancy Motes Accuses Julia Roberts Of Bullying
Last summer, Motes gave an interview in which she accused her famous half-sibling with bullying her about her weight throughout her youth. It was that bullying, according to Motes, that led her to undergo weight loss surgery.

We're down to three ladies on "The Bachelor" -- and we're headed to Thailand. Let's find out which two lucky ladies make it to the finale, shall we?
Sean stares contemplatively off the bow of a boat. It's kind of making it look like he rode to Thailand on that boat, sort like when "Survivor" used to make it look like Jeff Probst left the final Tribal Council on a jetski and rode all the way to the finale in New York or whatever.
Crazily, Sean is not shirtless. He has on a tank top like he's in a Sunny D commercial from 1996. And we have to relive his relationships with each of the women, including more push-ups. Seriously, he spends approximately a quarter of his time on this show doing push-ups.
There aren't any new revelations, though we see that he likes Catherine for her goofiness and with AshLee,...

Hollywood script doctor favoured by Sydney Pollack
Like certain potentates who travel with a personal physician, the director Sydney Pollack almost always had his own script doctor close at hand to revitalise a sick screenplay. David Rayfiel, who has died of congestive heart failure aged 87, was called in on the majority of Pollack's features, usually for a few weeks, in order to fix specific problems, rewrite here and there, and add and subtract lines. Though well remunerated for his work, Rayfiel was usually given no screen credit.
However, the spotlight was sometimes turned on him, such as when Robert Redford called Rayfiel "the unsung hero of almost every picture Sydney Pollack and I have made together". When Out of Africa (1985) won the Oscar for best picture, Pollack thanked Rayfiel for "keeping us honest" and Kurt Luedtke, upon accepting the Academy award for his screenplay of the same film, also acknowledged Rayfiel.

Elmore Leonard’s work can be a tough cookie to crack on screen. For every great example (Out of Sight), there’s a failure (The Big Bounce), and the field in between is littered with the good to the dodgy. Now Walter Matthau’s son Charlie will be hoping to score a winner, wrangling William H Macy to star in Freaky Deaky.Written by Leonard in 1988, Deaky follows a pair of former radical types who specialised in bomb making reuniting for a big payday job. And then there’s the close-to-retirement bomb squad officer who has to tack them down.Matthau, who also penned the script, isn’t exactly known for his crime drama work: so far his output has been limited to virginity-centric rom-com Her Minor Thing starring Estrella Warren (which, weirdly, this writer caught two minutes of on cable just a few days ago) and upcoming jazz musical Baby-o,...
