Rathod was 66. The composer was admitted to Sl Raheja hospital in a "critical" condition after testing positive for the coronavirus. He breathed his last in the hospital. "He passed away around 10:15 pm tonight. Please pray for his soul," his son, musician Sanjeev Rathod, told Pti. The musician had been under observation at the hospital for a few days. Music director Shravan Rathod, who is popularly known for his compositions with Nadeem Khan, recently was hospitalized in Mumbai after suffering from a stroke. It is being said that Shravan suffered from a paralytic attack and now, he has been admitted in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in suburban Mumbai. Nadeem Khan, of the Nadeem-Shravan duo, was disheartened to hear the news and stated that he got know about the incident last evening. Talking about his brotherly rapport with Shravan, Nadeem expressed that he feels like a part of himself is injured. Since Nadeem is not in India, he even revealed that he has sent his secretary to the hospital in order to get news on Shravan's health. Nadeem-Shravan have given Bollywood some of the most memorable chartbusters and have composed music for films like Aashiqui, Dil Hai Ki Maanta Nahin, Saajan, Pardes among others.

Mumbai, Jan 16: Small screen actress Barkha Bisht will essay an AIDS victim in an upcoming episode of popular TV show "Yeh Hai Aashiqui".
Barkha will be seen as Urmi, an extremely supportive and caring lady who gets AIDS, while Shravan Reddy will be seen as Arjun who falls in love with her and stands by her till the end.
The actress is "glad to be a part of the show" and added: "It was a wonderful experience. With few of the most talented people shooting for the episode, I felt as if I shot for a short film."
"Urmi is a very simple woman who loves her job and is happy despite her gloomy married life," Barkha.

Mere Hote. However, the producers of Khallballi - Fun Unlimited and Kaashh... Mere Hote have decided to shift the film to a latter date. "The timing isn't right," Riaz Haider, the Project Head of One More Thought [Khallballi - Fun Unlimited] says. The new date will be decided in a day or two.
