Thursday and this weekend marks the premiere of the new hard-hitting documentary Hidden Colors, which aims to examine the real and untold history of people of color around the globe. The new doc is directed and executive produced by first-time director but New York Times best-selling author and social commentator Tariq Nasheed, best known for his provocative and controversial yet insightful relationship advice books to mostly to men but also to women – such as The Mack Within, Play or Be Played, and the most recent The Elite Way – as well as the long-running and popular podcast The Mack Lessons Radio Show.
