Although born in Cairo where his father was a finance minister in the
British colonial government, Kent Walton actually spent his formative
years being raised in Haslemere, Surrey and was educated at the English
public school, Charterhouse. He later trained at London's Embassy
School of Acting and won numerous small roles in such films as "Small
Town Story" and "The Heart of a Man", before finding his niche as a
sports' commentator and pop music presenter on TV and radio.
