Formed the band Guitar Wolf upon meeting the band's lead singer and
guitarist Seji when they were both working in adjacent shops in the
Harajuku district of Tokyo.
The band Guitar Wolf gained a strong cult following in the early 1990s
by recording their own music and touring extensively. They were then
signed to American independent record label Matador and released their

Upon the release of their album, Jet Generation, it has since been
proclaimed as the loudest album ever recorded. Copies of the album have
warning labels concerning the loudness of the album's sound levels.
