LONDON -- The unlikely team of a stuntman, a television producer and a copyright guru are uniting to take copyright issues to the Web in a one-off live Web TV show organized by the Industry Trust for Intellectual Property Awareness, the organization said Tuesday.
Stuntman Steve Truglia, television producer Claire Travers-Smith and ITIPA acting director general Paul Archer will use an interactive Web chat at the beginning of October to air issues including piracy.
A first for the U.K.'s creative industries, the Web chat aims to give viewers real-life insights into working in film and TV.
Travers-Smith will provide anecdotes from her experiences working for MTV and on such shows as "This Morning", Truglia is willing to give live demonstrations from his stunt career in film, which includes the James Bond film "The World Is Not Enough", and Archer will be on hand to reinforce the role of copyright in protecting the livelihoods of all industry workers.
The Web chat also aims to be fully interactive, enabling viewers to post their questions live to all participants.
