Anthony Sarracco is the founder and President of Sarracco Studios inc., formerly Rebellion Films inc.
Sarracco Studios is a leading international award winning Film and Television Production company. Anthony spearheads the creative engine at Sarracco Studios, and for over a decade, has developed his skill-set in film and television production. His commercial work has won many marketing awards, as well as his award winning short documentary that started it all "Portraits of New York" which was judged by Bill Weir and Philip Bloom from CNN's "The Wonder list". As a cinematographer, Anthony participated in the filming of a TV doc for ESPN Films, which allowed Sarracco Studios to become an officially recognized and approved vendor for The Disney Company in Canada.
Along with TLN Media Group, and with the financial backing of the Canadian Media Fund, Anthony has produced fifteen feature documentaries including "Tendenza," which was theatrically released via all cinema Guzzo's, as well as "Malocchio Moderno," that picked up fifteen international film awards.
Anthony has also developed his skill set as a screenwriter and has recently won awards for his feature screenplays in Las Vegas. He is currently working on a six part television series titled "Whip Cream," that will be filmed in 2023. In 2017, he was honorably indicted in the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC). As recently as 2020, Anthony became a full member of the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC).
