- Peggy Taylor was born on October 12, 1927 in Inglewood, California, USA. She was an actress, known for Peter Gunn (1958), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964) and Flight (1958). She died on February 9, 2002 in Cambria, California, USA.
- For many years, she was an announcer at KNBC (Channel 4) in Los Angeles, and also was one of the West Coast announcers for NBC; she was one of the voices, along with fellow KNBC/NBC West Coast announcers Donald Rickles (not the insult comic), Don Stanley and Victor Bozeman, for the network's long-running "NBC Saturday Night at the Movies".
