On Nov. 4, 2022, Drake and 21 Savage dropped their highly anticipated joint project, "Her Loss." Upon first listen, I found it to be a commendable addition to their respective portfolios. But then I delved deeper into the project, and I came across something strikingly unsavory as Drake threw passive-aggressive shade at everyone on the record - specifically the livelihood of three Black women: Megan Thee Stallion, Serena Williams, and Ice Spice. One of the Certified Lover Boy's most vicious bits include his lyrics indirectly - but clearly - directed at Megan: "This b*tch lie bout gettin bout' shots but she still a stallion / She don't even get the joke but she still smilin'."

Avatar: The Way of Water is facing calls for a boycott over its alleged “appropriation” of indigenous cultures.
The film, a sequel to James Cameron’s 2009 smash hit Avatar, focuses on the Na’vi, the blue-skinned inhabitants of an alien planet called Pandora.
Both Avatar films have drawn criticism for amalgamating aspects of various Indigenous cultures, while casting several white and other non-indigenous actors in the roles of the Na’vi.
Yuè Begay, a Native American influencer and co-chair of Indigenous Pride LA, is among those to publicly propose a Way of Water boycott.
“Do Not watch Avatar: The Way of Water,” they wrote on Twitter, shortly after the film’s release. “Join Natives and other Indigenous groups around the world in boycotting this horrible and racist film.”
They added: “Our cultures were appropriated in a harmful manner to satisfy some [white] man’s savior complex. No more Blueface! Lakota people are powerful!

Surprise, surprise, there’s trouble in paradise for the romantic couple. Last month, Blueface and Chrisean Rock got into a heated altercation down on Hollywood Blvd on August 2. That was followed up with Rock getting arrested for another incident involving the Compton native, with the rapper going viral for posting an Instagram story pleading with Rock to leave him for good: “So we’re here with Baby D, the world’s heavyweight champ. Don’t laugh now; what’s funny? What’s funny?” he said. “She done hit me in my s**t. Got a nice lil’ shiner, Blueface added. “What, you need to leave me

Rapper Blueface (real name Johnathan Porter) and Chrisean Rock have a complicated relationship. And that’s putting it nicely. The “loving” couple met in 2021 on Blue Girls Club, a reality series that saw random girls live in the rapper’s house for a month straight. It’s another Housewife type show, with drinking, fighting, and twerking. Nevertheless, the point is that these two met during that time, and when Rock got a tattoo of his face, you knew it was severe. Chrisean is also an artist who signed to his record label, Blueface LLC, back in 2020. The duo released a track

Speaking of Rock, there’s footage of his girlfriend punching the Thotiana rapper on several occasions, with the rapper at one point offering to pay his now girlfriend 100,000 just to leave him alone. That brings us over to his Baby Mama, Jaidyn Alexis. Now, Blueface isn’t just famous

Rapper Blueface was caught on camera having an altercation with his girlfriend Chrisean Rock’s family; she claimed that Blueface knocked out her father following the incident.
Last month, the tumultuous hip hop couple got into an altercation at a bar in Arizona, leading to Rock’s arrest after she punched her boyfriend in the face. Three months prior, the social media influencer was accused of assaulting Blueface’s mother.
They reconciled shortly after the fight and promised that they would no longer engage in physical altercations.
Chrisean starred in the Respect My Cryppin rapper’s reality show, Blue Girls Club before they became the most talked about couple in hip hop.
Despite a lengthy and ‘toxic’ relationship dating back some years, the pair announced that they became official last month.

Since its 2019 re-release, “Thotiana,” the song by Los Angeles rapper Blueface, has become somewhat of an accidental boon to the hip-hop world. Weirdly off-kilter, but nevertheless memorable, his breakout hit first got a remix from Cardi B, then another from Yg. When Colombian rapper Farina shared her own Spanish freestyle via Instagram — captioned “Fariana” — it tracked millions of views between the U.S. and Latin America. “He sent Thotiana to hell,” she spits in Spanish, “when he saw the bigger bitch Fariana on Ig.”
