At a glance, Haikyuu might look like a typical sports-genre anime; however, it might be a fatal mistake if you decide to skip watching this masterpiece. Haikyuu focuses on Hinata Shoyo’s journey, as he overcomes all odds and gives a destructive reply to the people ridiculing him for his height by showcasing his breathtaking abilities. The series has a massive fanbase scattered around the globe.
Despite its popularity, Haikyuu never got an update after its cessation in 2020 with the ending of season 4, part 2. With the unveiling of Haikyuu: The Dumpster Battle, fans were delighted; however, no release dates for the movie were announced, making fans very eager to see Karasuno High and Nekoma High’s volleyball teams go head-to-head.

"The Fugitive" ran for four seasons on ABC from 1963 to 1967. The series followed Dr. Richard Kimble (David Janssen), a (you guessed it) fugitive accused of murdering his wife. Pursued across the country by lawman Philip Gerard (Barry Morse), he tries to prove his innocence by finding the real killer.
On one hand, "The Fugitive" is as episodic as you'd expect from a 1960s TV show. Each episode features Kimble in a different town with a new problem to solve. The backstory is also told via title sequence; the first episode, "Fear in a Desert City," is just another adventure for Kimble, not the murder, trial, and Kimble's escape the way it would be today. However, there's also some serialization with the story threads of Gerard hunting Kimble and Kimble hunting the real murderer, a one-armed man (Bill Raisch). These reach their conclusion in the finale, "The Judgment."

That flickering feeling of unease that seems to creep across oneself in the night; a suggestion of the evil that lies within humanity condensed into an experience. Naoki Urasawa's “Monster” captures just this sensation. Adapted by Madhouse and Masayuki Kojima twenty years ago, the story of the wronged doctor chasing down the devil-incarnate manages to stick in the memory of all those who have seen it. The manga was the grand prize winner of the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize in 1999 and its anime adaptation was equally acclaimed amongst fans and critics. Its unmistakable blend of horror and psychological crime thriller captivated audiences and left its mark in the cultural footprint of the anime industry.

Well, it's official — Netflix's live-action remake of "Avatar: The Last Airbender" paid off (for the company at least). Avatar Aang (Gordon Cormier) will get to continue mastering the elements, now that "Avatar" has been renewed for seasons 2 and 3.
"Avatar" is just the latest anime that Netflix has brought to live-action. On this spectrum, "Avatar" falls below the well-received "One Piece" remake but ahead of the swiftly-canned live-action "Cowboy Bebop" (that even original series creator Shinichirō Watanabe couldn't finish).
Netflix hasn't stopped there. The streamer is letting "Stranger Things" creators the Duffer Brothers take a crack at "Death Note" and has had a live-action "Gundam" movie in development since 2021. Other studios are getting into anime properties as well: Lionsgate has recruited "Shang-Chi" director Destin Daniel Cretton to adapt "Naruto" into a live-action movie.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has made Bruce Banner/The Hulk into just one more of the Avengers. His most recent MCU appearances, "Avengers: Endgame" and "She-Hulk," have ditched the man and monster dichotomy altogether; the Hulk is now just a green and buff Bruce.
For all his personal faults, Joss Whedon was the last writer/director to explore the Hulk's tragedy in his two "Avengers" films. The nascent team's climactic argument in "The Avengers," when Banner silences the room by revealing he "got low, so he put a bullet in [his] mouth, and the other guy spit it out" has real dramatic gravitas.
However, the MCU has altogether elided where that tragedy begins. In the comics, Dr. Bruce Banner was already a troubled man before the gamma bomb explosion that changed his life. Banner's father Brian was a nuclear psychist convinced his own radiation exposure turned his son into a monster.

Films about boxing have been found in abundance in the Japanese movie industry, with local filmmakers, however, frequently dealing with the losers of the sport rather than the winners. Shuji Terayama also made a similar effort back in 1977, in an approach, though, that moves both towards the aforementioned direction and the audience favorite ‘underdog' trope, while including intense elements of family drama.

Pluto introduces Professor Abullah as the head of the Ministry of Science in the Republic of Persia. He’s one of the most intelligent scientists in the world and is hailed for ushering his native country into the age of advanced robotics. He’s portrayed as a man in his early sixties with a calm and calculated demeanor who doesn’t indulge himself in friendly banter with another fellow scientist, except for a few who share the same level of intelligence as him, which includes Professor Tenma, Professor Ochanomizu, and Professor Hoffman.

Adapting manga/anime to live-action almost always feels like a fool's errand. Many have tried, few have succeeded, many more don't even make it to the big screen. One adaptation cast into development hell several times is Naoki Urasawa's thriller "Monster."
"Monster" begins in Germany during 1986, shortly before East/West reunification. Dr. Kenzo Tenma, a Japanese immigrant, is a top neurosurgeon in Düsseldorf. Humble and good-hearted, the doctor actually cares about his patients' well-being, not just money and prestige. Ordered by Hospital Director Heinemann to let 10-year-old orphan Johan Liebert die and save a local politician instead, Tenma disobeys. He saves the boy, but it costs him his engagement (to Heinemann's venal daughter Eva) and his professional future. That is, until Heinemann is poisoned while Johan disappears.
In 1995, Tenma learns Johan grew up to be a prolific serial killer; he killed his adoptive parents, Heinemann, and many more since.

Popular Tamil film director Pa Ranjith, who’s next film ‘Natchathiram Nagargiradhu’ has triggered huge interest among film buffs and fans, said that ‘Natchathiram Nagargiradhu’ is not a romantic film but is about love.
He said: “‘Natchathiram Nagargiradhu’ is not a film on love. It is a film about love. When a man and a woman meet, it begins as love. Only when this love for one another gets known to family members does it turn into a societal problem.
“Here (in this society), love has a value. Love is interlinked with caste and community. When love is personal, there is no problem. Now, they have changed love into a political term. This film will discuss that issue.”
The director further disclosed that his film will also discuss love between homosexuals as well as transgenders.
According to sources, that post production work on the film is progressing at a brisk pace.
