BK Jackson(I)
- Producer
- Director
- Cinematographer
Best known as the hilarious former host of The Player Way Podcast and founder of Espee Agency, BK was born in Dallas (TX) and began early in entertainment as a key grip and later camera op for TD Jakes' Potter's House at only 16 years old. As he developed his talents, he would relocate to Georgia as a student at Columbus State University. While at CSU, BK studied Mass Communications and Literature, at a time where the industry was undergoing the big switch to digital content creation and social media, something BK had become an expert in, which made him a valuable asset to his professors. While attending school and holding down multiple assistant-ships and internships, BK filmed his early works for a cadre of clients such as Nickelodeon, Atmos Energy, Boost Mobile, Great Championship Wrestling and Technical Directing for the Annual Jim Blanchard Leadership Forum.
Eventually BK left CSU to become a full time Producer and Director, opening his first studio as part of the Columbus, GA Small Business Development Center, with a small office in their Cunningham Center location. BK's talents grew which took him across the country as a Multimedia Consultant, forcing him to relocate to Atlanta to be closer to the airport for travel. During this time BK produced over a dozen music videos, 2 television shows, as well as a Director of Photography for the corporate sector.
Today BK works as a corporate audio-visual technical director while also producing shows, podcasts and other projects.
