As Taylor Swift continues her Eras tour, many have jumped onstage to join her. Last time it was Joey King and the Swifties’ favorite ex-boyfriend, Taylor Lautner. This time, it’s the Haim sisters.
The Haim sisters, Este, Danielle and Alana, make up the rock band Haim and have been longtime friends with Swift. They first worked with Swift in October 2014, following Twitter exchanges between sharing their love for one another’s music.
In 2015, they opened for Swift during her 1989 tour and, in 2020, collaborated on one of Swift’s Evermore songs, “No Body, No Crime.” They also appeared in the “Bejeweled” music video.
Last Friday, the two songs were combined as the Haim sisters wore dresses similar to their “Bejeweled” costumes while singing “No Body, No Crime” with Swift at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Pop-Pop Roker! After a year of highs and lows for Al Roker, the 68-year-old “Today” show weatherman is now preparing for an exciting new role — grandpa.
On Tuesday, Al’s oldest daughter, Courtney Roker Laga, whom he shares with ex-wife Alice Bell, posted a sweet montage video of herself and her husband, Wesley Laga, on Instagram, showing off their baby’s first sonogram and ultrasound.
“A new adventure is about to begin ,” Courtney, 36, captioned the clip, which was soundtracked by Brent Morgan’s cover of the Mariah Carey hit, “Always Be My Baby”.
Of course, her excited dad couldn’t help but gush about becoming a first-time grandpa in the comments section.
“Here we go!!! So very very happy!!!!! You guys,” Al wrote, adding, “Going for Pop-Pop.”
Al’s wife and Courtney’s stepmom, Deborah Roberts, also commented, writing, “This is so very exciting!!! ”

YouNow was far ahead of the curve with its foray into the buzzy livestreaming medium - as well as the development of unique monetization opportunities for broadcasters - all the way back in 2011. Today the New York-based company counts upwards of 40 million registered users who conduct roughly 60,000 financial transactions every day using virtual gifts called Bars. That all makes for a grand total of over $50 million in revenue on YouNow in just the past three years, a figure that would be enough if not for the breakneck speed of technological innovations (and with it competition) in the livestreaming industry.
And in order to maintain its edge and attract an even larger audience, YouNow has embarked on an ambitious project. The company's aiming to tread new ground by incorporating cryptocurrency into a next-level livestreaming experience.

In order to kickstart the launch of its new cryptocurrency-based app Rize, YouNow will distribute a total of $5 million in Props -- which is the name of the digital currency that will be tendered across the platform -- to select creators with sizable followings.
Hailing from YouNow as well as competing platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram, creators receiving the initial tokens -- as part of Rize's so-called Community Rewards Program -- include digital musicians Emma McGann (pictured above) and Brent Morgan, as well as online personality Rudan Custodio. All told, McGann, Morgan, and Custodio count 48 million views on YouNow to date. The courtesy Props tokens will be distributed in proportion to the size of each creator’s following.
Other creators with large audiences off of YouNow will be eligible to receive bonus tokens, but only when they purchase Props during an initial coin offering (Ico) slated for next month.

Four-year-old streaming service YouNow has its own homegrown creative community, and one of that community’s top performers is doing pretty well for himself. According to a press release, musician Brent Morgan makes $10,000 per month by streaming on YouNow.
Morgan, a former worship leader at a Methodist church, entertains his audience by performing a combination of original songs and covers for them. He streams on YouNow for about four or five hours each day and profits off his broadcasts thanks to the platform’s partner program. As he performs, his fans can buy him tips and gifts with virtual currency.
Thanks to his streaming success, Morgan has found new opportunities in the music industry. At an event hosted by YouNow, he announced that he has been signed by Charlie Stettler, a producer known for his work with artists like Dr. Dre and Joseph “Run” Simmons of Run Dmc. ““Brent Morgan...

Antoine Dodson is back, and this time he's not "singing" about capturing a bed intruder.
The Huntsville, Ala., man who quickly became a YouTube sensation after his news interview was remixed into a song, has released a single titled "Lovesick Lullaby."
In the collaboration with local musician Brent Morgan, Dodson gets in touch with his inner R&B persona.
The song might feature some autotuned portions, but, otherwise, the melody is -- dare we say it -- not too shabby.
As Time observes, Morgan originally debuted the song on his YouTube channel in 2010. The artist then reached out to viewers to cover his song.
Since Dodson first graced the screens of millions of YouTube viewers, the aspiring artist has been arrested on drug charges and jailed for allegedly failing to appear at a set court date.
In addition, Dodson has appeared on several television shows to talk about his new-found fame,...
