Amanda Mariamne Radcliffe
- Additional Crew
Amanda Mariamne Radcliffe is writer, artist, mystic, muse and a Gnostic Sophia Episcopa in the French Gnostic Church.
In 2019, she became the 'Occult, Ritual and Witchcraft Advisor' for the Hollywood film adaptation of the HP Lovecraft story, 'Color Out of Space'.
As an artist, her mission is to delete religious taboos against women's bodies and sexuality, through the creation of new psycho-active iconography, using her body as a ritual object to illustrate the inherent spirituality still existing within the sacred spaces of patriarchy.
As a writer, her emphasis is on mystical experience, psychical research, altered states of consciousness, spiritualism, pilgrimage routes, psycho-geography, the Black Madonna, Mary Magdalene, and the erotic mysticism of the feminine Divine.
An expert on the history of the Cathars, Fin de Siecle French Esotericism, and the French Gnostic Church, she has a Masters degree in Feminist Theology, and an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology.
She teaches privately, and lives in the South of France.
