Joe Robinson(XLIV)
Joe Robinson is a Liverpool based Beatles writer who has appeared several times on BBC TV & radio and ITV (UK) & American radio. A lecturer who gives talks on The Beatles. He has appeared in The Beatles Liverpool (Concise) DVD. His latest book is The Beatles and their journey into Beatledom. He also helped Cavern DJ and Beatles' confidante Bob Wooler draft the initial manuscript for Wooler's posthumously published biography The Best of Fellas by former BBC broadcaster and Music journalist Spencer Leigh.
Joe Robinson has also appeared alongside pre-eminent Beatles' historian Mark Lewisohn as a guest on the BBC Radio Merseyside programme 'On the Beat' with Spencer Leigh and as a radio guest on BBC South East England with compere/DJ Sue Marchant in a programme/discussion about the 'deep' nature of The Beatles canonical songbook. This show aired on Sunday 3rd April 2016 to the whole of BBC South East England. Joe Robinson also wrote the review of Cavern DJ Bob Wooler's tribute night at the Philharmonic Hall Liverpool on Sunday 12th January 2003.
