I had this pegged as a straight-to-dvd release when I first saw it in my inbox, but its iTunes trailer page (and the trailer) lists a theatrical release date of February 25th, 2010.
Directed by David G. Evans, starring Michael Joiner, Michael Higgenbottom, Louis Gossett Jr., Joy Moore, Dawntoya Thomason, Rob Erickson, and Cindy Hodge.
Synopsis: Everything can change in an instant … and take a lifetime to unravel. When Mac McDonald loses his son in an accident, years of bitterness and pain erodes his love for his family and leaves him angry with God … and everyone else. Can Mac and his new patrol partner, Sgt. Sam Wright, somehow join forces to help one another when it’s impossible to look past their differences–especially the most obvious one?
Here’s a preview scene from the film:...
