New York based actor and writer. This March Chris is filming three NYU Tisch projects in which he is the lead in one and the antagonist in the others. Two projects feature extensive fight choreography, and one project is an advanced animation short.
Additionally this March he is performing as Orgon in a special theatrical reading of Tartuffe produced and directed by Keaton Wooden.
Last fall he took the stage in two Shakespeares: 'As You Like It' as Touchstone, Phoebe, and Adam in November, and 'Macbeth' as Ross and other sorted Lords in October. Additionally Chris completed an independent film produced by Olivia Lilley, directed by Jeffrey Gabriel Silva in Chicago, and three NYU Tisch film projects. He's also continued practicing with Ilse Pfeifer, a Fitzmaurice VoiceWork Master.
In June he had supporting roles in the New York Theatre Festival's production of 'Goldberg's Kaddish' (nominated best production), and the Rogue Theatre Festival's production of 'Hoyt St.'
He's continually dedicated to Shakespearean/classical theatre studies with monthly workshops produced by Junkyard Shakespeare, and past intensives led by Shakespeare & Co. (Lenox, MA), Peter Francis James (via HB Studio), Heidi Giffiths & Kate Murray (via Red Bull Theatre), and Jesse Friedman (via Soho Shakespeare).
Prior, from September 2021 through June 2022, he studied full-time at NYC's HB Studio in their audition-required Uta Hagen Institute 'Hagen Core Training Program' led by Paul Pryce.
