Jack Goodford(1926-2007)

Jack Goodford served in the United States Navy as an Aviation
Ordanceman from 1944-1946. After his service in the US Navy he moved to
New York. He graduated from Pratt Institute in New York. He joined UPA
Studios in New York and co-directed with Chris Ishii a series of Magoo
Cartoons, including "Terror Faces Mcgoo" in 1959.In the early 60's he
joined VPI productions in New York. He earned several Clio awards for
his television commercials. In 1968 he formed Goldeneye Inc., a film
production company, in New York with his partner, Lynda Kay Woodworth.
In 1970, they produced their "Felliniesque Wedding" at Hollandia Farms'
in St. James, Long Island. In 1972, Jack and Lynda Kay moved to
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Jack joined The 25th Frame Inc. and directed
the award winning series for the Bank of Montreal with Leslie Nelson.
In 1997 Jack retired to San Diego, California where he lived until his passing in 2007.
